They literally try to discourage walk in patients to leave by saying it can be up to 4 hours wait..even if there's only walk in they will not call no one in and wait for appointments. Ridiculous

No parking. No employee to help. No receptionist. Everything you must do it yourself. annoying. I did an appointment and it iPad said couldn’t find it. Feel abandoned here.

Worst location I have ever visited. They have a sign that says Walk-ins are welcome but the reality is that you can wait for over two hours and they will never call a name from the walk-in list.Once the checked-in appointments go down, which you can see on the screen they have in the waiting area, they just go from serving 4 people to 1 instead of trying to attend the ones on the waiting list.Their goal is that you get tired of waiting and leave. Moreover, the staff is not friendly and there is no front desk, you have to deal with a kiosk to do your check-in which makes it a nightmare for elderly people. They don’t even have a way for them to call for assistance while they struggle with the kiosk. Avoid this location.

My routine bloodwork was sent here over the summer and I received a positive result for a very stigmatized disease. I was shocked and convinced it could not be true. I decided to get retested at another Quest and underwent painful treatment that resulted in severe side effects. Turns out, I received a false positive from this testing center. This false positive deeply affected my relationship, I had to take time off of my graduate program for frequent retesting from doctors and the county, and has severely affected my self-esteem. I have been struggling to pay off the bills from Quest, as I am still expected to pay for my false positive, and the subsequent blood tests I have had to take to prove my innocence. I have received no formal apology and no one on the Quest customer service seems to care that my life has been completely upended by something that was entirely their fault. I hope that my bloodwork is never sent here again, as I will never be able to trust their testing kits, knowing they make mistakes and do not own up to them. As someone in school to become a doctor, I would never treat patients the way I have been treated by Quest through this ordeal.

The worst service ever. They yell like the place is an amusement park. This morning, I went to another Quest and the phlebotomist forgot to give me a urine kit. Therefore, I went to this location to ask for the kit. I was told to sign in and wait more than one hour for someone to simply give me a kit to take home. I understand I didn’t have an appointment. However, I wasn’t asking to be seen. I just needed a kit. How hard is it to give someone a kit from a shelf in between seeing patients?Nonetheless, Ms. Tamara was very nice and helpful when I was finally assisted. This place needs more help or a customer service training.

When you call the machine doesn’t catch the last names of patients I repeat my last name probably like 10 times this is ridiculous. No wonder you guys have such low surveys.

Tamara was very sweet with my Son and he felt comfortable. Kids get intimidated with needles but Tamara was very kind and polite and treated my Son with care. We didn’t wait too much for our appointment. This is my place for any blood test for me and my kids and I love it here!

Very disappointed with the service here. This review is long overdue. It was maybe a year ago when I came with my sick baby to get a stat blood draw... one of the workers that didn't even greet us came up to us and said "you need a mask" I kindly asked for one and she said "no we don't provide masks".. I literally saw someone else provide a mask for someone. The worker ignored every word I said and would not help us. I walked out and went across the hall and asked that business for a mask and she gave it to me.. she also told me that all of the businesses in the building are provided with masks for the customers. Coming in with a sick baby is stressful enough. The workers adding more stress was an over kill. I will never use this quest location again

It was easy check -in usinp my phone. I arrived at 10.10 AM for a 10.20 appointment. I was called in exactly at 10:15. I was asked to go to room 6. The lady was in charge of me was very kind and very nice. Her name is Claudia. She asked for my insurance cards, and explained to me everything regarding my medicare and what they cover. She draw the blood and it was painless and fast.I know there are many 1 star reviews about this location, but I am speaking about my own experience, today. Thank you Claudia!

Most of the staff here is very rude with zero compassion. I've seen elder patients walk in with no clue on how to use the check-in system they have at the front but won't help them or assist them in checking in. I myself have been more helpful to them by assisting them.

For the second time in 3 months, they don't have the butterfly needles, what kind of lab doesn't stock butterfly needles? It's standard equipment for any lab that draws blood.
