I had a terrible experience at this AMPM location. I went in for some snacks and a drink, but when I needed help with their outdated payment system (which doesn’t accept tap), the man behind the counter—an older gentleman—was incredibly rude. Instead of assisting me, he gave me attitude and told me not to come back. This is by far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I’m extremely disappointed and won’t be returning to this location.

Filled up my vehicle. Went inside and asked to use the restroom. It was 11:30 PM on Tuesday May 21st 2024. The absolutely horrible employee told me he was out of toilet paper. This is an ARCO AM PM WITH A CONVENIENCE STORE on Alicia parkway in MissionViejo. There was toilet paper in the store. I let him know it was urgent and I would make do. I had kleenex in my hand bag. He said " I'm not going to let you destroy my bathroom." I was soo shocked and embarrassed. When I got home I called to get his name and he didn't answer the phone. Shocker! Anyway he went out of his way to be Rude! Having to use a gas station restroom is bad enough. Being accused that I would destroy said bathroom is, well... insane.

This place will charge you $0.35 on the dollar just for using your debit card also they will refuse to run as credit even if you ask them politely too run as credit they will say “oh sorry my boss told me to do this” “I’m just following what my boss tells me to do” etc….. The Guy that does this works Tuesdays at night shift all throughout till the morning shift picks up he is a short dark haired guy that usually wears his hair back anyways horrible that they are told to rob us of are money every time we use are cards they will run it as debit & than charge you for using your own money it’s unbelievable!!

I went here today for gas to get me home after a doctor's appointment. I paid with cash but it wouldn't come on the pump. I went inside and he said he thought I said 9 instead of 15... ok. He said he fixed it, go back out no gas, go back again he said he put it on 13. This happened multiple times before he put it on the proper pump. Congratulations, you had a 9 months pregnant woman walk back and forth in the heat just trying to go home because you were boredThanks

I work down the street and stop by pretty often for their fountain drinks. I noticed one day there were a bunch of ants in my cup. I let the workers know and one of them told me he was going to shut down the machine and clean it, so about a week later I figured I’d try again since he said he was going to clean it, not knowing if the ants were in the cups, the ice or the actual fountain I was paying close attention this time, cup was clean, ice was clean, the ants were coming out of the soda fountain. This is now 3 weeks later I stopped by for something else since it’s next to where I work and tried again just for the hell of it. I looked at the spouts and there are ants all over them. I know people have been drinking from there and I’m sure it’s hard to see the ants in dark soda so I’m sure people are not noticing them and drinking ants. I have told them multiple times to the point where they were getting upset with me but they have obviously done nothing about it. It’s unsanitary and absolutely disgusting! Wish I took a photo because I can’t make this up!

Very easy on/off access to I5. While checking out, my daughter blurted out that it was her 4th birthday. The cashier gave her a toy. Seriously, who does that? It made her day -- which made ours. Thank you!!!

This place doesn’t take credit card and after I went back to my car to get my debit card to pay, I realized they charge extra to pay with debit! WTH??!! This is 2019!! Ridiculous. I should’ve gone to the Chevron next door.
