Ok so BOA once again cannot seem to get its communication or services straight. Do they even read these things? There many BOA web sites state that they do Notary services. I made an appointment, stated clearly what I wanted and of course they don't do notary services for many things including, wills, trusts, real estate, deeds etc. So their webiste is inaccurate, no one obviously reads the appointment info and while the guy we spoke to was super nice, we had to find a notary that does not have super stupid rules so we could overnight a notarized package out. Thanks for raising the stress level BOA with once again highlighting your multiple points of incompetence. Will you EVER look at the world through the eyes of your clients? Time for a management shake up as that is clearly the issue.

Very dishonest bankers. Be very careful when signing up for a credit card for balance transfer. Will tell you what you want to hear to get you to open a card that you don't need and can't use as specified. Thanks for that unnecessary hard pull on my credit and wasting hours of my time

I ran to the door at 5:59 because my card was stolen and I needed a temp card, normally I would have waited until the next day as to not hold anyone up because I'm sure everyone wanted to go home. As I get to the door I see the teller trying to remotely lock the door, I walked in and she laughed to herself and lowered her head in embarrassment I guess because she was unsuccessful in locking me out. I went to the banker, got the replacement card in less that 5 minutes. On my way out I asked the teller if the woman behind him was the manager, I then told her what happened all while the woman that tried to lock me out laughed and smirked. At least I tried to voice my concern, I was meek and humble and soft spoken but 4 bankers felt the need to address me all at once. The baker that helped me even walked over and told me "blame me and just go". Why was I not allowed to simply express concern in a respectful manner is beyond me. Customer service here is lacking. I'll be calling corporate in the morning.

I wish I can give them 0 stars. Always 1 teller, they wouldn't cash my check cause the supervisor is on lunch. I always hear people in line complain about this bank. 15 people lined up and they don't do anything about it

Legitimately the most frustrating bank ever. I have been dealing with this branch and the "estate unit" for 5 months and still do not have the account closed. Repeatedly I'm told "someone will get back to you by _____". That day/time has yet to be honored even one time. I've had to take time away from work to have documents uploaded then I hear nothing. I'm told Documents are being sent to me, yet I never receive them. It is beyond frustrating. The only bright spot is that Efren is very polite, yet he has not been able to resolve this after I have been in to see him on 3/22/2019, 5/3/2019, and again today, 5/13/2019. Still waiting for someone to do as they said they would.

Convenient location but painful line and now I know why: the tellers are apparently pushing financial services on everyone who comes in! I had a deposit. One check. Simple. But the teller would not take a hint as I politely declined her offer of additional accounts (we already have several) and yet other financial services. I don't want to be sold B of A, I just want to do my banking. I seriously think the tellers get a commission or have a quota or something. Such an unpleasant experience that I won't be back to this branch and am seriously thinking of switching all of our accounts now to a credit union.

What mental midget designed the newest drive up ATM screens?!? The card reader is near the top, the keypad is at the bottom, the screen is so big I'm glad the guy on the other side of the parking lot can see everything I'm doing and the bill dispenser is so slow, it gives every criminal a chance to carjack me. Thank you B of A for a truly idiotic design. Did you even bother to test it or just say "Screw it, we could care less about our customers! Muhahaha!"

I came here to use the ATM. There were 2 ATMs outside. No one was using them but some people were using the parking spaces in front of them for some reason. The transaction was processed properly. And it didn't eat the check.

I came here to make a payment to my Bank of America credit card. The location is near a deli, karate studio, sushi, a gas station, and coming soon a Target. The bank has a drive thru but I found parking. Inside looked clean and professional. There was a line but not too long. Fortunately, one of the staff name Noe, came around asking what our transactions were. Since mine was a deposit he escorted me to the ATM outside. He stayed with me all the way through the transaction and there was no line on the ATM. I simply put in my credit card and went through the simple touch screen for making a cash payment. I felt a little foolish I didn't know this but I like working with people at banks, at least I do when the service is good. The service I received from Noe was 5 star. I appreciated his attention and the feeling that he put me first. The bank, however, felt light on its amenities.

The wait at this branch is ridiculous! There are never more than two tellers at one time, yet 4 or 5 employees sitting out front...reminding you that you can use the ATM. Crazy!

Horrible customer service. There are 7 workers in here- 4 groups of people including myself and all i needed to do was get a temporary debit card. Someone came out and helped people that came after me. Then he told me he would help me and needed to login and then left. All the workers are completely not busy and I'm still sitting and waiting. They came out and asked me how I'm doing and told them i just needed the card. They told me the manager couldn't help me so i needed to sit and wait longer. If they are managers what are they here for? Rude customer service. I stopped in before work and no one was in here and still had to wait.

This branch is just too slow, there are 7 employees doing nothing.... and 2 behind the glass working in one window. I try to give positive reviews on yelp but this one is Thumbs down.
