There transition from Bank of The West to BMO has been a nightmare. We've been unable to reach anyone to help with business accounts. It has been an absolute nightmare as they transition their systems. No personal banker contact for a business account.

Debit card declined 3 times today but accepted at least 2x last week. Wife's card declined several times last week. BMO unable to explain or correct.

I told the bank clerk that I need a cashier’s check to be withdrawn from my savings account. It turned out she withdrew from my checking account and charged me a service fee of $35.I don't understand why she would do this?Be careful with every transaction you make.

Been with bank of the west for years and as a bank they are ok - this branch, however, is the absolute worst. Had several major wire transfers for a home purchase where the teller screwed up major things on every single one. Avoid this location in favor of the one up in Irvine.

I normally bank at a different branch, but happened to be near Mission Viejo a couple of weeks ago, wanting to get some cash out of my checking account. Arriving around 2:00 PM, I found a sign on the door indicating that the branch would be closed "until 1:45." Another man and I stood outside the glass door and noticed a few bank employees milling around behind the counter. They all ignored us for several minutes, but finally a young woman came over to speak to us. We asked about the re-opening of the office which was supposed to have occurred at 1:45. "Oh!", she said, and hurried away. She came back a moment later and "solved" the problem by taking down the sign! Another minute or two passed, and we were finally told that the office was not going to be open. "But you can use the drive-through lane if it's something that can be done there."It apparently had not occurred to any of the geniuses at this branch to post a sign on the door that said something like "Lobby closed today -- Please use drive-through."BTW, there are two drive-through lanes at this branch, neither of which is equipped with red/green lights or other indicators of lanes being closed or open. Their "signal" that one lane was closed was an unoccupied SUV parked in that lane. Fortunately we had not waited behind that SUV before discovering its purpose as a "signal."

Well these clowns at bank of the in their commercials put down other banks saying they do and that, then say if your bank supports certain things means you do. This shaming at its worst all's can say I will never go in one of their banks or support anything their involved in.

This is the Worst bank, branch of bank & it's district customer service manager I have ever dealt with. My 76 year older mother passed away 2 weeks ago & they wouldn't accept checks totaling $280 payable to her for her checking account. Not to mention neither of the 4 people I spoke to offered a condolence until I said to the district manager how on top of their lack of common sense service they didn't even offer a sorry for your loss. To top it off the district manger didn't even have the decency to take the call off of speaker phone. B of W you can do a lot better then this.

Only went t this branch 2x. Both horrible experiences. First was to open an account. Despite me being the only customer in the branch I'm told it will take an hour and I need to make an appointment. I left and went to Anaheim hills branch next day and opened an account easily in 20 min. Second experience was simply to deposit cash. There was one teller open and three people sitting around in n the branch seemingly doing nothing. Two people in front of me first one told forever after there was a language barrier between the customer and teller. Left to run an errand. Sign your n store says open until 5. I'll come back. Returned at 415 and they are closed. Horrible bank branch

Have to say this bank still has the best interests for their customers. They consistently meet my expectations and most recently have helped me with a business loan. Can't say enough thanks to this business for knowing their people and working a deal that I am happy with. I feel that I will be a lifetime client if this continues. Started here when I was 20 so far so good.
