“Absolutely the best customer service I have ever received prior to finding this store I had gone to 4 other stores all over OC trying to find the right electric cargo bike with the correct fit since I am short in stature it was a little tricky but the owner was so patient and helpful and I was able to find the perfect cargo bike. My family and I loved the customer service so we decided to buy 3 more additional electric bikes. If your looking for a store that has the absolute best customer service and that is knowledgeable this is the store you need to go to.

“Wish I would have worked with Dave before other bike fits over the years but I am SO happy that I did it now. “I've had my e-bike for about 9 months. I love it! There is a connecting trail directing behind where I live to the main trails along the Mission Reach of the San Antonio River. The trail system here is fantastic! You can go for miles and miles on the extensive trail systems. The trails pass by all four of the missions along the river. They are all World Heritage Sites built in the 1700s. Riding along the river trails gives you the feeling of truly being in nature. I have seen wild turkeys, fox, rabbits, turtles, and many water birds. The wild flowers and flowering trees this spring were such a joy to ride by. I am so glad I got my e-bike!”
“LBS can be great; but are a mixed bag as employees come and go - you might end up a repair that falls short. If you want the confidence that comes with going to a bike shop run by professionals who have expertise with high-end bikes and a passion for cycling - and for getting you back out on the road - then Stage 21 is the place to go! Relatively new to tubeless tires on my new Cervelo R5. Clogged valve on my Reserve wheel and needed some help. Mike's expertise and knowledge was quickly on display as he disassembled the valve and explained the issue. Mike even took time to show me the complexity of the valve, its' design, and the cause! Couldn't be happier, or more confident! Couple of bike shops much closer but the team at Stage 21 makes it well worth the drive! Thanks Mike!”

“Picked up a fat tire murf bike and it's such a fun bike to ride. When picking up the bike, I really appreciated the walkthrough of how the bike works, differences between class 2 / class 3, and how to operate everything. Had a little mix up with some accessories, but the team at Murf shipped those out ASAP, and delivery was super fast. Couldn't recommend Murf bikes enough, awesome bikes and service.”

“Had a charging issue with my Rad Rover 6 battery pack. It was a simple fix other shops were quoting a new battery pack in order to fix. Bike Works looked at it and fixed it just like new for a fraction of other shops. Will definitely be using them for all of my bike needs.”
“Juan was super helpful in lacing my E-Bike conversion hub to a front rim I had bought. He was very knowledgeable and gave me tips on what spokes I should have to support the weight of the hub. He was fast, although it's a week turnaround for wheel rebuilds, he did mine in 3 days since he knew I was going out of town. I would definitely recommend Cyclepro. Thanks Juan!”
