Biltong Garage is a great biltong shop in South OC offering freshly packaged South African beef jerky. The biltong has very beefy flavor, with tender meat and perfect texture. The traditional flavor is a favorite. The Peri Peri provides a nice kick and is savory, not overpowering. The Pepper flavor also hits the mark. The overall quality is top-notch and incredible, described as the best biltong by far. The drywors is also fire and addictive. The price is right, and the biltong is made the correct way with no sugar. It is a must check out shop for fans.
Got peri peri, price is right Very beefy flavor with that nice kick of the peri spice, not over powering spice more so savory, will be back when my bag runs out Also no sugar as biltong should not have any at all which is the correct way to do it 🔥🫶🤘👌

I was surprised to find a local Biltong shop and decided to try it out. We have purchased from other stores and ordered online before..trying to find the best brand. My husband said it has been the best biltong by far. The traditional flavor is his favorite.
