After having my spare installed on my car, I drove straight to A-Z Tech late on a Friday afternoon. Amir was there to take my car in, and had already arranged for me to rent a car at Enterprise. The service I received during this whole ordeal surpassed my expectations. My car was inspected to make sure there was no other damage to the undercarriage of my car, and 2 new tires were installed along with a tire alignment. “No one enjoys dealing with the inconvenience of an accident. But Rob and the team at Crash Champions do everything they can to mitigate some of that inconvenience, which I appreciate so much. I took my car in on a Tuesday to have them assess the damage. They scheduled me to drop it off the next day. They had an estimate ready when I arrived and they took me to pick up my rental car. I received text updates almost every day letting me know their progress and they finished the car on the day they said they would. Then they had me bring the rental car back to their shop and took care of the return for me. Everyone who works there is so nice. And my car looks brand new!
