My experience with Casper has unfortunately been negative. The issue is one: they are not able to deliver what they promise.
I ordered a Dream Max, and I was promised a delivery date in 10 days. I paid upfront. After 2 weeks it was delayed. And again. And again. And again. The delivery date kept being pushed back. The manufacturing and delivery service did not provide the store with a reliable estimate and as a result it was impossible to know if and when the mattress would actually be delivered.
After more than one month, I was left with no other choice: I cancelled the order and asked for a full refund.
Disappointing.

So if you’re a college student or somebody buying your first mattress, I would recommend Casper. I stopped into the Mission Viejo mall store and ordered their top-of-the-line Casper mattress with an adjustable frame. It took three months between the mattress being delivered, and the adjustable frame being delivered both of which I had to carry upstairs myself. Between misinformation of delivery days and just lack of communication ( Good luck getting hold of somebody live) It was a disaster. Ended up having to send the adjustable frame back because nobody could confirm whether or not it worked with my bed. You will deal with variable delivery dates, It will be a third-party will eventually picks up your existing mattress & and if you order an adjustable frame, it’ll come from China and you will have no visibility to delivery or installation instructions whatsoever.

Have had a Casper mattress for a while, so when it was time for a new mattress, Casper was out first choice. Bruce was very helpful in the whole process and made it very easy to decide on which mattress fit our needs.

Bruce was wonderful and knew his merchandise well and spent a lot of time educating me about the differences in all the mattresses. It can be overwhelming with so many choices. They are so comfortable!!
I never felt pressured!

When I came to the store the staff were incredibly nice. The store and mattress’s were clean when I was trying the beds. Overall a pleasant experience looking forward to buying a new bed soon!

Fantastic mattress, best decision ever. Shortly after we bought the mattress, it went on back order for several weeks. The store manager, Enrique handled the situation with grace and care and offered an additional discount. He really felt bad about the delay which is incredibly rare these days. Exceptional customer experience and I have already recommended Casper and this store to my network.
