My daughter's prescription was supposed to be ready in 30 minutes, but I was sick and went there tomorrow at 6:45. It wasn't ready and they told me it's almost 7 and we're closing the pharmacy so come back tomorrow. I explained to them that I can't come tomorrow until next week and you were supposed to give me yesterday. It was only inhaler but the Indian doctor who was the manager refused to give it to me, without looking the prescription.

Everyone in the pharmacy is very friendly and helpful. When I walk up to the counter , someone always acknowledges me and says they'll be right there.

Incompetent staff at the pharmacy. My child was giving the wrong vaccine by mistake, you would have to wait a unreasonable amount of time to even get service.

Long lines during weekend hours and no one cares. They hire young inexperienced staff that have no idea what they're doing (and don't care about customer service) and constantly have to check with the head pharmacists on questions and causing delays. Mediocre company with mediocre staffs. Frustrating.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Horrible experiences here for me. Last 90-day prescription was given to the USPS for mailing who never scanned it in (it's apparently still sitting somewhere on a mailroom floor). Called the pharmacy who said it was on the way, called back and they said it was not on the way. So had to pay out-of-pocket for one month's worth (insurance might cover that, might not). The next month went back to get more and the insurance wouldn't cover it because they said it had already been filled. Got back on the phone with insurance and the pharmacist magically figured out what had happened, promptly reissuing a 90-day supply. I asked them to not mail it again. Received multiple messages saying a new 90-day supply was ready for pick-up so came today thinking it'd be ready. I've been waiting for an hour. The pharmacy mailed it again anyway, so they can't guarantee if it will be delivered and it was also mailed late because I need it starting tomorrow. Thirty minutes of today was spent waiting on the pharmacist to come back from lunch, then she was running the register while the assistant was at lunch so no prescriptions were being filled. I never had this problem at the other Target pharmacy before we moved. So beyond poorly run.

I don't know why this CVS Pharmacy is 3 stars. Ive been coming here for 8 years. They are always on top of it and the staff is always friendly.

Lana Nguyen - Pharmacist - I would prefer to give her ZERO stars but that is not an option. This racist pharmacist refused to fill my prescription because I was an African American woman. When asked to provide the policy to back up her stance she could not and eventually said "it was her preference", with the ugliest attitude, not to fill my prescription. Lana Nguyen needs to be FIRED for her lack of customer service, blatant disrespect and discriminatory actions. I didn't think CVS tolerated such behavior, but I was proven wrong.

Pure incompetence. Sadly the pharmacy has poorly trained personnel who make no priority of notifying you if they have processed an Rx, or are having issues. This becomes a risk to others who needs life saving meds.
The numerous occasions where specific people have dropped the ball on my wife’s, child’s and my prescription have become to many to count.
I’ve already begun getting us moved over to Target where their service is superior. My hope is other people leave CVS to go where they’re made a priority.
