I found it very frustrating that the doctor used paper medical records. Any bloodwork testing required a physical testing sheet. She also wanted me to visit her office to get lab results, charging an additional deductible fee. She is a good doctor, but really needs to update her methods.

whoever is her front desk was extremely rude and not pleasant. grateful they don’t take my insurance

She gets one stat because zero stars isn't an option. That office is like the spirit airlines of Primary Care Physicians, however not because they are cheap but because they charge for every single thing. Go anywhere else.
