I have literally in the last hour called 8 times to FedEx Customer Service regarding a delivery exception. Wanted to talk to an agent and was unable to do so the voice automated attendant disconnected me every time they don’t even give you an option before the disconnect “Good Bye” click. Absolute horrible service. I will never ever use FedEx.

I needed to print a document on a legal paper and I was in a hurry, the associate was available to help me print the documents on a legal paper and I was able to be in and out quickly. I appreciate the help.

I used FedEx Print online services and selected this location for fulfillment. I made an 8.5x5.5 flyer and learned they only do 8.5x11, 8.5x14, and 8.5x17. So I doubled it up for the 8.5x11. Upon picking the order up I learned that they don’t account for “bleed” and all flyers come with a white border. I did not see that online so I asked the customer service person if it says that was online and he responded “It Should” ?. He then offered to cut them for me, I said I appreciate it, and then he informed me he would have to charge me the difference to cut them. I walked out after that upset. I paid close to $300 for 500 flyers (1,000 half cuts) and felt like this “white border” was sprung on me last minute after the product was done. I even called ahead to make sure the cut line was accurate. No mention of the white border. Only reason it’s not one star is the first person who helped me was helpful and the print aspect of the flyers was very high quality. Also it was done same day on a Sunday (Great turn around time). Just be aware all 8.5x11 flyers will come with a white border.

Luis claimed that I could only ship a pair of shoes I bought in a bigger box than the box my shoes were shipped in. Shoes for crews said to place the label I printed out for the return directly onto the original shoes box and ship at a FedEx location. The box they offered me was priced at 8 dollars. For cardboard. 9 dollars. For cardboard. I really don't like conflicting directions and overpriced merchandise. I won't be back.

The team at this location is exceptional! I had to coordinate printing for a conference in LA, from out of state and Austin and his team were fantastic to work with. This location is staffed with the most engaging and helpful team members. I highly recommend, as I would not have been able to handle our last minute print job anywhere else with the level of ease and professionalism.

The very best service I have ever encountered at any FedEx ever in my life! Prompt response, quick processing and amazing customer service each and every time I use this store! Austin is on top of it and whips out my orders like a champ! It makes my job so much easier. I appreciate the extra effort and care that goes into each print job I send to this incredible store! So thankful for the caring and excellent team that I am so lucky to work with at this location. 10/10 would recommend

So, where do I begin... had a prepaid shipping label to send my broken pc for repair. The repair facility is about a one hour drive from Mission Viejo and I thought about just driving to City of Industry myself but it's a third party contracted repair place and they don't answer their phone or want any end user contact evidently. Anyway, I take my laptop here and pay $30 for a secure shipping box and the nice lady says "oh, this should be there tomorrow ". She gives me my receipt and shows me the tracking number and the next day I start tracking... Turns out they're sending my pc to Nashville to get to City of Industry!!!! Now it's going to take eight days to go about 50 miles. I think we're back to the pony express! I could have had my pc repaired and returned in the time in took FedEx to get my shipment 50 miles!!!I thought they were a logistics company!

They staffs are very rude and It worse FedEx branch I ever see. they are not helpful and only want to sale their products. It was my third time to tried this location and all time I got the same attitude. I left this fedex location and went to different fedex they very help full.

This fed ex is my go to for order pickups. We had a porch pirate so I tend to just direct my shipments here when I can. I love the staff. Chris and Adam are always such a pleasure with their positive demeanors and willingness to assist. They even remember my name. Also the blonde lady with curlier hair (regretfully didn't get her name) is always kind to my children and Linda is sweet. Love this location!
