“I don’t know why people leave so many negative reviews. I’m 25 and just got furloughed from my first out of college job. My (ex) company decided to split my schwab into two account, and then I had to find both of them, and combine them into one. Easy to say I had no idea what I was doing. Over the course of probably 3-5 months, I would go into the Mission Viejo office and work on the next step (paperwork, account opening, etc.). Specifically the front desk worker Mr. Ryan Bourland was so so so helpful and I cannot thank him enough. He walked me through the process the 4 times I came into the actual office, AND even connected me to the correct representative on the phone. Seriously cannot thank this office enough.
