I received a box with 2 pair of shoes which I never ordered. Have never been on their website. Tried calling customer service and was on hold for 1 hour and 3 minutes. Still no answer. If you are looking for Customer Service - go elsewhere!

I've shopped here three times now (I should say tried to shop). I should have learned after the first time. Customer service is AWFUL! On all three occasions we were the only customers in the store with at least two sales associates at the cash register just talking and laughing. No, greeting when we walked in, no "can I help you?" This time after ten minutes of us looking at the shoes, I walked up to the register and asked if we could try some shoes on and the associate acted put out. We wanted to try on a few different shoes. She said they didn't have his size in any of the shoes we were looking at even though she only went back to look once. I asked if we could maybe order them online and she just said "no, they can't be". We left and I decided to look on their website and sure enough, both shoes were available in his size. We went down to Dick's instead and not only had a good experience, we got what we needed.

I buy most of my shoes here. They always have great sales, especially on memorial Day and Black Friday. I have bought a pair of Converse, Sandals, and athletic shoes here.

Carlos has his store running smoothly. This is my go-to store in socal….I live 70 miles away but given the sad service I get at JD sports, I will drive the extra 30 miles.—>Returning items couldn’t be more easy; I had a large issue and instead of tell me to call customer service myself (like JD SPORTS), he took the order and went out of his way to make me feel as comfortable as possible .—>no wonder why JD Sports (on average) receives a c- rating (2.3 stars); and this finish line is 4.0.

I went in on Sunday 01/15/2023 and the staff was just in their phones by the register. They saw I was looking at sneakers but no one came and asked if I needed help. What made it worse, it was myself and maybe 2 other customers. And when I went over to ask about the sneakers and to get the other one to try them on. The look I got was rude! I will never go into that finishline again, that’s not good customer service. Don’t work in retail if you don’t want to help customers!!

I had won the Yeezy 350 dazzling blue through status exclusive access and wasn’t able to pick them up because I had went on vacation. I had called and asked is someone could pick them up and they said no which is understandable because that’s one of the store policies. Then I talked to two managers over the phone and had asked if my friend can pick them up after the raffle time was over which was 11:00 am to 5:00 pm because they said it was first come first serve after the raffle was over, and my friend drove an hour to go and get them since there would be an 8.5 left because I wasn’t able to get my pair that I had one on status exclusive and then once he got there they had changed the process over and said that they were raffling even tho they told me Initially over the phone that it was first come first serve. Very unprofessional of them because it seems like the managers don’t know what they are doing and are not on the same page which is disappointing because I’m a loyal customer that shops thru finish line a lot. And I’ve worked at a shoe store and know how managers and employees back door shoes and let the associates get their pair by holding it off and telling the customers they don’t have them. Even tho they do in the back. I guarantee they didn’t even re raffle them and just let the employees purchase the shoes because my friend entered the “so called raffle” and nothing happened.

Can't be more disappointed. I purchased a pair of shoes that I really like the look of. After wearing them twice with very light wear I realized the shoe was causing gradual pain in both of my big toes. I thought I would look at exchanging them for a half size smaller. When I called to ask if they had the inventory, they did. But when I told them I realized the issue after I wore them twice they 100% refused to even discuss with me the issue the shoe was causing and gave me zero options to return or exchange. The rep that helped we was apparently the manager and she was absolutely awful at her job. So disappointed when a company puts you in a position to never want to do business with them ever again.

Disappointed with the staff at this location. Went to the mall and had a drink in my hand so I wasn’t wearing my mask. An employee asked me to put a mask on so I did. Another customer came in without a mask and was never asked to put a mask on. What’s with that? The same employee who told me to put a mask on greeted the man without a mask and asked if he could help him with anything. Let’s not pick and choose who you rudely ask to wear a mask.

Good selection of shoes. Amazingly, me and my kids shopped for 15 mins and the staff never acknowledged us and we were the only ones in there.

WORST FINISH LINE IVE EVER BEEN TOO! On Sunday morning i was looking for shoes for my kids for halloween. When i walked in i was not greeted, the lady at the register was busy on her phone or something. she had an attitude the whole time and was very rude and disrespectful. She seemed very impatient with the costumers, whenever a costumer walked in she looked very annoyed. Thank goodness champs was downstairs and was able to help me out.

Hours report they close at 8 pm but I arrived 3 hours prior hoping to pick up an order but the shop was already closed. I visited the Macy's nearby, which also has a small Finish Line section, and asked the workers there about why the Finish Line closed so early, and they said not enough workers came in today, so they closed early.
