I like the store but honestly the customer service is not top notch. Also last time I visited I saw this really cool hat on this mannequin and I really wanted to buy it. I thought the right thing to do is to ask a worker to take it off because I am too short to reach it.. but she said that they can't sell me the hat because it's the last one. I'm like dude... do you even want my money? The hat is just sitting there. I don't understand why I couldn't buy it. And it wasn't like it was a shirt or dress, it was a hat. Just a hat on a mannequin. Well that's just too bad.

Today was my first time at this forever21 and their customer service was horrible. The associate Devon rang me up I bought two items but I wanted a dress off of the mannequin. It was the last one and Devon informs me that he will have to ask his manager “Maria” if he’s able to sell me the dress. (Mind you the store is empty because it’s so early) she says “they can’t sell it” which I found odd. I then asked “Devon” for the customer service number and he asks his unhelpful store manager. And her reply was “it’s on google”… I know damn well they should have the customer service number on hand) Do better guys this was so unprofessional.

CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS!!! We shopped there yesterday and was charged a DONATION that I was never asked about nor did I approve! I went back and questioned the staff and their response was "Oh, yeah, sometimes our registers just do that"...UM WHAT????? Literally stealing money from people! Never shopping there again!

I have been here a handful of times, but have mostly made our purchases through their online website. My daughter actually wanted to shop on Black Friday, so we hit up Forever 21. They were having a decent sale in person (and online) where everything was 50% off, unlike some of the other stores in the Shops at Mission Viejo Mall who had no sales running (or just their usual daily advertisements). She ended up falling in love with a couple of really cute Fall colored jackets, stylish pants and tops. We also picked up a few accessories for ourselves and for Christmas gifts along the way while we waited in their crazy long line (yet manageable with patience) as we made our way up to the registers. We will definitely be back!

What a wonderful and refreshing shopping experience! The girls working there were super friendly, professional helpful, and great big smiles on their faces. That seems to be hard to find these days at most stores. Bravo forever 21! Whatever you're doing for training keep it up, it's working!

well its not what it used to be in any way. i have not been to a forever 21 in years. its so sad this location used to be so great. the store had so many cute things the girls that worked in the store so nice and helpful. its none of that. lack of inventory no leggings no tank tops, a staple for them. regardless it had nothing i would want to buy. it used to be fun to shop there but it was not that. lack of clothing it was dismal and to make it worse the employees are lazy and inept and act as if they dont care one bit. ask them something they give cryptic remarks no professionalism whats so ever. entitled staff. lack of care for a customer. awful. i had to push them to work to find my order. they didnt even know where to look i suggested sale rack and there it was. omg... the manager was not nice and tried to blame me for their employees mistake? i called many times to make sure my order would be there i placed on line had it sent to the store. they said yes and we will hold it. well they did not. and they messed it up. ill never have anything sent to this store again. and i wont be back to this store ever again. get better people to work there and have better clothing and styles and inventory. what a big disappointment. and they do not answer their phones ever?

shoutout to Delphine, so welcoming & helpful! the staff here are just angels. i love stopping in every week or two to see all the new pieces as the seasons change & always seem to find something cute. the clothes, accessories & shoes are still very affordable and there is something for everyone. they have a nice athleisure section in the back with tons of cute matching sets in all colors & lately have been collaborating with other companies like FUBU & hello kitty/Sanrio. i don't think i'll ever stop shopping here. the atmosphere is upbeat & the layout is accessible & easy to navigate.Forever 21 for life!

So happy to have Forever 21 back at The Shops at Mission Viejo. This location is smaller than the old location but it is so much easier to shop. It's the most organized and clean Forever 21 that I have been to. Well stocked and always has new product. More importantly this location has great customer service. Maria is always so nice and helpful. Anytime my daughters and I are there she makes sure to say hi and honestly it makes us want to support this location. Thank you Maria!

This place is a mess and needs new staff. And yes I saw them all laughing at me walking out after their site advertises plus size but they do not carry plus size. But your right I deserved to be laughed at apparently. Shame on forever 21.

I went shopping today at this store. I am very DISAPPOINTED In Forever21 customer services. I was treated very poorly by a cashier named Maddi. I talked to her manager and gave a feed back but I didn't see much difference by talking to her manager. I won't go back to this place again and would never recommend to anyone.

I may not be their target demographic but my teenage daughter is. The prices are reasonable which helps counter the at best fair quality of the clothes.

I'd rather purchase from another store then to go here again and be treated poorly as I was at this location. They made a downgrade to their store size at this mall which I guess in turn made a downgrade to their customer service.
