Too far away and too difficult to get to. Sorry. I Ask the tech people at Costco when I have a question. I typically buy from Costco because of the great long term tech support they offer after you buy the item and take it home.

Terrible customer service gentleman behind the counter was absolutely rude. When we asked where the printing paper we were told that it was by the printers. Not surprised that they have a two star rating.
