After visiting the emergency room, I needed to get a prescription filled at Avita Pharmacy. Only to find out that the pharmacy was closed on New Year's Day requiring me to contact the on-call pharmacist. I was contacted by Sonia who was wonderful and provided outstanding customer service. She researched on my behalf to find a pharmacy that was open in my area and went the extra mile to contact a pharmacist who could transfer my prescription. After doing the legwork to get my prescription transferred, Sonia contacted me to inform me that I could pick up my prescription at the Walmart pharmacy. As a result of her due diligence on my behalf, I was able to get my prescription filled on New Year's Day. Sonia is a dedicated professional that works tirelessly on behalf of her customers and I truly thank her for her help. L. Jones

Been using pharmaceuticals since 1986 and this Pharmacy is the best. The Pharmacist ?⚕️ ‘D’ and her team are always and totally ahead of their game.Refills and delivery’s have never been an issue- I’ll ‘shop’ nowhere else- here at AVITA you still get the personal touch. Thank you AVITA team ☺️

I have difficulty swallowing extremely large pills so much so that they unable to reach my stomach. The pharmacist changed the dosage so that I swallow 4 small round pills instead of 2 thick large oblong pills. The team also made a permanent note so that all future refills will be with the smaller pills. I enjoy the mail service! Thanks!

I originally signed up with this pharmacy because they mail my medications to me and I don't have to go into a store and wait in line and pick them up. I love that fact. Second when I have had to call them they never put me on hold and were quick about get done whatever I asked. I also get personal attention from a gal name Summer who works there. She writes me notes letting me know if I need to get a refill on my prescriptions. She also left me a voice message. She is on top of her game. I've never met her but just wanted to thank you her for the great job she does.

This pharmacy goes above and beyond to help obtain your prior authorization! My doctors office has been difficult to deal with and Summer particularly has been my greatest advocate! The process of working with insurance companies is dreadful for most but Summer has been very comforting during this difficult process that they will get it taken care of. Thanks Summer!

They shipped my brother's medication at no extra cost and it typically arrives the next day. I've had no trouble with this pharmacy when I've been with them.

Exceptional staff and service. They are always willing to go the extra mile to make sure you are taken care of. Orders are always quick and painless unlike many of the larger chain pharmacies.

I had never had a problem with this Pharmacy until today when I called to check on my prescription and ended up being transferred to the owner who has absolutely NO Customer Service Skills whatsoever!!! She constantly chattered and chattered and spoke over me when I had something to say. When I asked her if she would allow me to get my thoughts out without her speaking over me, she decided to cancel my prescription. Wow! Very unprofessional and I will NEVER recommend this pharmacy to ANYONE! It's really too bad because the people who I have dealt with in the past there have always been very accommodating. The owner should take a lesson from her employees!

WORST SERVICE EVER. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD. I asked for a consult with the pharmacist and she wouldn't even take her time to educate me on the medication. When the lady in the front was trying to help me a girl from the back yelled at her and said she was taking up too much time, next time I came in to get my medication filled only to witness Sumer (same girl) yelled at the other girl in the front - just like other yelp review made by "Connie" The Asian pharmacist did nothing to intervene. I made it clear that I could come back to pick up my medications and then I started getting yelled by her for being "rude". I was simply saying that I could come back and then I get yelled at how she's doing me a favor filling it. I asked them to use their back door coupon cards to decrease my deductible like they did for my husband and they refused. SO FRUSTRATING TO BE FORCED AN EXPENSIVE MEDICATION by my provider which isn't covered by the coupon card anymore because now he can't go without it and I can't afford it. They used to be much better years ago

Best experiences I have ever had with a pharmacy. Fast, friendly and flawless. My medication required a prior authorization which my former pharmacy took over six months to get figured out, Mission Plaza Pharmacy had it handled in under a week. Not only that, because they did not have my meds in stock that day and they are a bit of a drive from where I live, they delivered them the next day for free. Not sure why others have posted such negative reviews, but my experience with them has been flawless for the past year and a half.
