“The rental service is amazing. I got the most help I could need from Jersey. The knowledge that was given to me and how clean the vehicle was, was amazing. It was fast, smooth and easily the best service I could have ever wanted. The return was just as amazing! Jersey was able to explain everything there is needed to know. Her ability to work with multiple customers AND get you in and out of their shop was unlike any other store I've ever been too. She's friendly and above all a hard worker! She made sure that the truck I was getting, was ready to go and that it was in the best shape before sending it out. I recommend using this Home Depot rental service for your needs that are within there area to help. More importantly if you want the most information on tools there talk to her. This store has improved greatly since hiring someone like her and I will definitely return if I am ever in need of a vehicle.”

“Rave: Home Depot0800, Sunday Home Depot, Laguna Hills.Replacing a switch in a 100 year old house. Was sure that I would not find what I needed. Store virtually empty, but Dana, a Home Depot Vet by his apron designation, materializes and asked if I needed help. Not only did he hand me everything I needed, but he knew, and explained, exactly what I needed to do! Home Depot, in fact any retail establishment, needs more “Danas” walking the floor!”

“On the evening of December 16, I went to this shop to look at the washing machine. A staff member explained to me in detail and patiently and answered my questions. Later, when I returned home after leaving, I found my wallet was missing. I was very worried, then one of their staff called to say that they had found a wallet, I immediately went to get my wallet, thank them very much, the staff here are great! I will shop here often!”

“The dude working the Xmas Tree Lot with the epic handlebar mustache was such a peach!! Let me have the Christmas Tree lower branch trimmings they'd neatly collected in a basket. I upcycled all that lovely greenery, giving it new life in the form of a wreath! Many tree lots (and basically every company in general these days!) want to nickel and dime every person for every last cent and will charge for these cuttings; others will waste this small but precious resource just tossing these beauties in the garbage. Not everyone has the time or skill to custom make a wreath and would prefer to buy a wreath ready made for them. Home Depot and I happily fit into the middle of this: no wasted tree trimmings, no ridiculous up charging, no need to buy some mass produced wreath, just a lovely day spent outside making something cool out of something saved from the landfill which I hadn't needed to pay for and feeling grateful! Thank you handle bar mustache guy at Home Depot!”

“In my experience service at Home Depot shouldn't be expected. This Home Depot maybe the exception! Not only were there employees who were visible and present in the isle where I was looking for a part ( plumbing ) but no less than 3 different employees approached me and asked "can I help you". I don't remember the last time I was provided unsolicited service at a Home Depot let alone seen a an employee available to ask a question in the isle I was looking for something...usually I have to flag someone down or wander the warehouse ( for an hour ) until some miraculously appears who then says, "let me get someone to help you". I guess I won the Home Depot lottery that day. I was honestly shocked. My response to the person "I'm good", which was not true but I was mostly shocked. When I finally figured out and could put into words my question...I turned around and one of the people who asked if they could help me...was there to help and answered my question! I got what I need, paid via self service checkout and left! The best Home Depot experience of my lifetime From my experience this is not common! Had to write a Yelp...to encourage people (to write Yelps) if they've had the same experience and to support this (unique?) store.”

“I went into Lowe’s for a table top barbecue type smoker. I asked for help from Noah and Sebastian. Two very nice young men. Noah and his Sebastian looked for this item and could not find one in stock so they called another store and waited on the phone until the other store confirmed that it was actually in stock . Just because of these guys I will be going back to Lowe’s. It’s hard to find good customer service like I experience today and it’s very refreshing to know that there are employees who still care about customers. Kudos to these two and Lowe’s”

“Lowe's, San Clemente is my nearest home improvement shop on Thursdays Feb. 22nd I stop in for some plumbing parts to repair a sink. I was walking up and down the isles when a service attendant named Scott asked if I needed any assistance, perfect timing I said yes and after a minute or so I had the parts in hand ! Mr. Scott and I had a short conversation about home improvement and his knowledge was able to provide me with 5 Star Service ! Lowe's you should be very proud of Mr. Scott as he represented your Company Outstanding.”
