Jeanette the Assistant General Manager was very friendly and personable. She recommended many different styles of jewelry that really fit my style. I actually had a fun time trying on rings and seeing how they would look. I would certainly return :)

Great experience dropping off my rings and necklace to maintain their warranty. Joe was incredibly friendly and entertained my 2.5yo son and answered every single question he had, including letting him look at the microscope. When I came back to pick the items, Joe remembered me and asked about the family. Excellent service all around! I’ve had my rings for 7 years and the extended warranty is amazing, especially when one of my diamonds fell out and we couldn’t find it and it was replaced under the warranty.
Feedback on the process which the store doesn’t manage is to make the drop off/pick up system faster. The photos and signatures on the iPad don’t work very well.

I wanted to take a moment to thank Jeanette and the entire team at Jared's in Mission Viejo. Their service was flawless, and their recommendations were excellent. The team even contacted the manufacturer to custom order the setting in white gold. Once the engagement ring setting arrived and we discussed finding a stone, Jeanette's recommendation and pairing for the setting was absolutely perfect. I'll be proposing soon, and it was all made possible thanks to the amazing team at Jared's Mission Viejo!

We were blown away by our experience at Jared's, I couldn't recommend them more. We had been planning on going to another jeweler but were swayed by the high reviews the Jared's in Mission Viejo had, and I'm SO glad we decided on Jared's. Every single interaction we had, whether over the phone, or in person, was beyond positive. They truly know what they are doing, are passionate about helping customers find exactly what they want, and make you feel immediately like family. In particular, Jeanette made our experience so sweet and special. We were working on getting my mom a replacement engagement ring and band in celebration of their 50th anniversary, and from their flexibility with our schedule for the initial appointment, their warm welcome when we finally arrived, how lavishly they spent time with us helping to find a close match to a long-last heirloom gem- we were impressed from the start. They worked hard to understand exactly what we were looking for, and made us feel very safe and comfortable to convey our needs and goals. We ended up needing a custom order, and they went out of their way to make that happen. I had to finish the purchase long-distance because I don't live locally, and they were very communicative and flexible. When my parents finally went in to pick up the two rings, they had such a special and happy experience because the team went above and beyond to make it so, even sending me sweet pictures of the time. I really couldn't recommend the team or experience at Jared's more.

Went into the store today to look for a wedding band and Jeanette was so amazingly helpful! She walked me through a bunch of different choices, materials, and gave some great recommendations. It was between a tungsten or tantalum ring and I really appreciate how helpful she was and walked away with a choice I loved. :)

Best experience! Judy is the best! Really works with you and makes sure your jewelry is just as you want! She cleaned my engagement ring complimentary while I looked at wedding bands. Went with a beautiful diamond band and an additional diamond band for my other hand. Will definitely be making this our new local jeweler. The entire staff is so nice and helpful!

Everyone here has been fanatic to work with since the first call to final watch fitting special. Ardi, Shelly and especially Jeanette have been so sweet and accommodating to my questions and needs. Ordered my Tissot watch and got live updates from Jeanette during shipping, and offered suggestions on sizing. Once I came in I was greeted provided coffee while waiting on the adjustments. Joe at the Mission Viejo store is wonderful and provides excellent customer service. He explains all the benefits that Jared provides if you purchase jewelry or have anything repaired at the store. I highly recommend Joe at this particular location.
