I have been feeding JFFD for several years now. Not only does my picky eater love it but both my dogs have gorgeous coats from it. I love that they are transparent and have the recipes for you to cook at home if you want. My dog Zera was having some ear issues so we allergy tested her. Unfortunately she is highly allergic to the carrots in the JFFD that I feed her. I called the Mission Viejo pantry that I get my deliveries from to see if I could do a food swap or refund for my most recent order that I haven't even unpacked as it was still in the shipping container. The representative Maya that I spoke to explained that their policy is not to take returns, exchange, or refund, but I could call corporate and see if corporate would be able to authorize it. When I spoke to corporate they didn't understand why my local pantry would send me to them because they did not fulfill the order there, but after speaking to their supervisors they were confident that I should be able to do a food swap. Shortly after I received a phone call from Maya again saying that customer service had reached out to her regarding the food swap and she said again that it was against their policy to do a food swap or refund and there was nothing they could do. I understand that it was my fault and I should have waited to order my food till I had the allergy testing back. I just wish that the left hand knew what the right hand was doing instead of wasting my time calling back and forth to only find out the same answer that I was originally told. Just disappointed in the lack of customer service clarification.
I still highly recommend their food it's just customer service needs improvement.
When I originally posted this review I accidentally posted to the Tustin stores page. The manager reached out to me apologizing for the Mission Viejo pantrys unwillingness to help a pet parent out. I have been to the Tustin location in the past and they have always been amazing. They were more than happy to exchange the food that my girl is allergic to even though I didn't purchase it from them, where as the Mission Viejo pantry wouldnt help at all. The Tustin store has earned my business even though it's farther from my house.

The people at “Just Food For Dogs” are amazing. They have so much knowledgeable but don’t pressure you at all.
Their food has changed my dog from the inside out. She’s so healthy and her coat is silky and smooth. Her skin has cleared up, and her skin allergies have disappeared.

Amazing place for your little ones! The staff is so welcoming and actually caring for your pets. It is inside a pet hospital, so it was a bit confusing, but it isn't like it's hard to find. Their food options are good for picky eaters! Good variety, and they will let your little one try it out before buying!

I've never actually been in any 'Just Food For Dogs' stores, but was given to me by an incredible Vet. This food dramatically changed for the better with my dauschund mix. Hes been eating raw frozen and raw dehydrated his whole life. After feeding the just food for dogs for a little over a week there was massive changes for the better. I never realized his issue with digestion was truly an issue, until he started eating this. Everything about him is healthier. Not to mention he loves the taste and momma loves the freshness of it, along with all the nutrients that go into it. I recommend this food to everyone! It can be quite pricey, but one thing I really liked was you have the option to make the recipe yourself and then add in the nutrients. You are able to see with your own eyes what a healthy potty should be which we haven't had for years. And now it's the healthiest hes ever been! I could keep going but you get the idea. I feel like I'm doing right by my pet when feeding him this. Thanks so much to the vets who recommended it to me. 5 stars isn't enough! Just love everything about their products!

My dog Cricket so far loves the food as I begin to transition him over to this from kibble. The young woman who helped me decide the type and amount for Cricket was amazing and helpful. Plus she gave him a liver crisp treat which is his favorite type of treat. Honestly the only downside is just how expensive it is. Once transitioned over, I am looking at over 300 dollars a month for a 45lb dog. This is pushing what I can consider to purchase versus making my own.

This is the best place ever to pick up the JFFD for my dog and my two cats. Also, they like it and it's the best food for them. The staff is amazing, very friendly and informative. The orders are always right and ready when I get there. It couldn't be easier to order. I've picked up food previously at other locations and have never gotten such excellent service. Thank you SO much for making it such a pleasant experience to buy great pet for my pets!

We have given Just Food For Dogs to our two Australian Shepherds since they were about 6 months old. We have gotten so many compliments on their coats & I truly believe it is due to the food they're eating (also a ton of brushing). We wouldn't buy any other wet food other than Just Food For Dogs for our two fur babies!

Amazing service and amazing staff. Nicole and Jill are great and always super helpful. They remember my pups' favorite recipes and ask how they're doing. I love this location, plus my dogs love the food. Win/win.

This location is inside a Veterinary office. The lady I talked to was so friendly and informative and answered all my questions. The best part.....my 16 year old dog loves the food! They say it’s edible for humans so I tasted it and it is very tasty. After only two packages (about 8 meals for a small dog) she’s looking and acting healthier than she has in years. The price is only slightly higher than the prescription food she was on before but the big difference is that she eats all of this food instead of leaving half of it! So, it actually costs less.

Staff is always really sweet and helpful, plus if you place an order over $100, they will deliver. Having our dog's food on auto-delivery saved my sanity, and feeding our older dog JFFD definitely helped save her life (nursed back to health from a stomach bleeding incident, albeit now on a lot of medication).
