My husband and I have gone to this store a few times and usually we get good service. However today I sent him to return a few items he purchased for me online and the girls working were incredibly rude and unhelpful. They pretty much profiled him and implied the purchases were stolen.I personally would rather never buy any Lululemon again because tbh I never thought their clothing was anything special but since my husband likes some of their items we'll just settle for never coming back to this specific location.

employee are not being helpful,(Mission viejo mall location)two of the ladies are not friendly at all,i came in to exchange one i’ve purchased that i wasn’t satisfied the material its so thin material and the two sales lady telling me that those leggings are not meant for walking,jogging or sitting..really?where you can use that leggings just for display for the price of $137.00 (cheap material )those wont do any exchange ,what happened to the compromise policy?

Girlfriend attempted to return an expensive item that was severely stained after wearing it one time with following the proper care instructions and only having purchased 2 months prior. The rude employee informed her that there was nothing he could do. It’s really a shame because lulu used to stand by their products. This is the final straw, never buying lululemon again and exclusively sticking to Vuori. Be warned!

The large blonde was probably the most disrespectful retail employee I’ve ever met. If Lululemon is known for their kindness and inclusivity like they claim then why do they hire incredibly talented rude people? She was practically yelling at me with the most inhumane stare I’ve ever seen when I simply asked a question! Stick to any other Lululemon store, this one is seriously disgusting Sad one person ruined the whole experience.

I never give bad reviews as I believe in going directly to the source but this store, every time I go I leave feeling awful. Wouldn’t do any good to let them know bc they don’t seem to care about customer service, they just ride on their “popularity.” I truly avoid going into the store and just order on line but I think I’m going to have to stop doing that even.

This company needs to replace this store manager and Lead sales!!!Since it’s a popular brand, I’ve visited this store on three different occasions and the service has been consistently non existent. I’ve ended up leaving empty handed every time. The store has a small footprint so customers are in their line of sight all the time; so zero excuses.I need advice? Suggestions?! Instead, a weak to no greeting. Someone eventually acknowledged me, at the back of the store, as he left his casual conversation with a peer but zero inquiry if I needed help. In frustration, I drove to the San Clemente Outlet store. There - the energy was high, they were eager to help and assuredly I helped them beat sales plan today.What a shame the Mission Viejo crew is checked out?

The store has a small footprint so customers are in their line of sight all the time; so zero excuses. I need advice? Suggestions?! Instead, a weak to no greeting. Someone eventually acknowledged me, at the back of the store, as he left his casual conversation with a peer but zero inquiry if I needed help. My 13-year-old daughter was gifted a pair of align leggings a few months ago by her grandparents in Hawaii, and when a hole in her rear end showed up on the leggings we went back to see if they could be fixed or replaced. They flat out denied us through several employees offering us a $10 Gift card. After doing some research I had several people tell me to go to the Irvine spectrum instead where the kind staff gladly replaced her leggings without any question or hesitation. I don't know what type of ganja the employees at the Mission Viejo location are smoking, but their policy suck and I will never shop at that location again.

The guy in the fitting room area, 10/7, was IN THE WRONG. my girlfriend brought in Align pants that were ripped at the seam. He asked 20 questions, like what type of activity she was doing while wearing them? Are you serious????! I could've been doing yoga, I could've been playing in the Super Bowl. Doesn't matter. If I'm paying over $100 for yoga pants and the stitching comes apart, I should be able to give them to a Lulu store for just a quick stitch or send out for repair. Lululemon needs to properly train their employees on "bedside manner" or how to engage with customers. That gentleman at the Mission Viejo Mall made me want to never go to that location ever again. Irvine spectrum here i come.

Rude Employees and Manager need Customer ServiceTraining. If this is high end with a 3 star poor rating, I would rather shop at Walmart. Bought a pair of wonder train 25 Inch leggings that don’t fit snug around the ankles even for store employees . $99. leggings I paid $75 . after tax. 5 days later I returned them with the tags on to be told, I can only get Store Credit, not my money back. Athlete A across this store and other stores give a full refund on sale items. Buyers beware I was told this is their new policy as of 6 months ago on sale items. I told the Manager, this is NOT a Final Sale item. He was rude, the employees snickered and yelled out, You Have a Nice Day!!! The Male Store Manager needs a haircut real bad. Too scared to shop at Lulu Lemon now. Return made on 09/22/2023.

Never thought I'd be one of those girls with the fanny pack around her chest but there I was at Lululemon on the hunt for one. My coworker suggest I get one since I really don't like holding purses. That and someone stole my phone a week ago so a fanny pack it is! I walked in to Lululemon for the first time and it was exactly what I was expecting which was a store full of exercise I found the area where all their mini bags and saw one blue mini 'everyday bag' as they're called. I wanted one in black because it's more versatile. They had the size up but that had too much space for the few items I do carry. There were two friendly associates at the registers and I wish I got their names. The male was checking out a guest while I asked the female if they had a mini black everyday bag. She went to go check for their extra inventory in the back and returned with one in black. There was a line so I took the item and went to the back. The guy helped check me out and even cut off the tag so I could use the bag. Overall it was a very short and sweet trip to Lululemon and they had the one thing I was in search for! Will for sure venture further in the store the next time I'm at the mall.

TLDR: DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE BEING TREATED AS THOUGH YOU'RE INFERIOR Before deciding to visit this location, I highly recommend thoroughly reviewing feedback from other customers. My experience with the management, particularly Edgar, was APPALLING. His behavior was characterized by an extreme degree of arrogance and an entitlement that I found both surprising and unnecessary. Prior to my visit, I ensured the exchange eligibility of my items through lululemon's online chat service, specifically to avoid any potential complications in-store. However, when I arrived, Edgar was uncooperative and outright refused to facilitate my exchange. I've now wasted a trip to the mall for no reason.I initially believed my experience might have been an anomaly, but after browsing through multiple Yelp reviews for this store, it became clear that others have had strikingly similar encounters with the same manager. Such CONSISTENT negative feedback indicates a broader issue at this particular location.It's deeply unfortunate that lululemon, a brand known for its customer-centric approach, has representation from individuals who do not seem to embody these values. This isn't just about a single transaction, but about the overall brand experience and the standards that loyal customers like me have come to expect.If you're considering a trip to this store, I'd advise looking into other nearby lululemon locations to ensure a more positive and respectful interaction.

Edgar the manager is extremely bad at customer service. He has no empathy. He is defensive, and insults customers. I had a conversation on the phone with him, and he did not offer that I bring my pants for him to look at. I called customer service and they said he should have offered that. After I called him back and informed him, he changed his words and said okay bring them in but I wont do anything about it. He is dishonest, insulting and insensitive. It was awkward as to how rude he was. I insisted on bringing my pants, and he called me insulting and said he can refuse service to me altogether... who hired this person? He is bad for business...
