The managers here have got to be the most rude in all the store. The way management runs has worst customer service. Not helpful finding jeans and sizes. I am always a size 12, lady was telling me it will be too big and get smaller size I'm a size 6 and I told her that's not true it will be too small. She changed fhe sizes and it was too small and had to return get my normal size. The way they go about customer service is aweful. Love the jeans just inot how I'm treated.

Alyssa was so friendly and knowledgeable about denim. She helped me find the perfect pair of jeans. Clean and well stocked store. Love it!

I've been to this Madewell twice and both times I've had amazing customer service from Anayla. Thanks Anayla (hope I'm spelling it correct) for your help in going above and beyond and calling other stores to help us find the right sizing for the item we needed!

I usually love Madewell. Shirts and jeans have a great fit and quality. I usually visit the location at SCP. I stopped by this store on Saturday with a goal in mind to spend under $300. I couldn't get any service unfortunately and left empty-handed. I wasn't acknowledged when I entered or left, and spent 10-15 minutes looking for someone to help me.

There's a very cool boutique with lots of unique fashion items primarily for females. My wife loves a shop here. The items are a bit expensive but it is high quality.

Oh my goodness what an incredible shopping experience we had today at Madewell thanks to Emily! I brought my daughter into find the perfect pair of jeans. This is no easy task. Emily was so helpful. She is one of the best sales associate I have experienced throughout my holiday shopping. Emily was responsive, gave honest feedback, and made us feel welcome and appreciated. Indeed my daughter left with a perfectly fitted pair of jeans. She was thrilled. Thank you Emily and Madewell for taking the time to hire the best to sell the best! Happy New Year!

I had such an awesome experience shopping for jeans with the help of Autumn! She was so generous with her time, didn't make me feel rushed at all and didn't make me feel silly for wanting to try on so many different pairs of the similar jeans so I could figure out which ones felt best! I really appreciate her, she was running the entire store (helping two other people with jeans as well) and so approachable. I walked out of the store with 2 new pairs of jeans, which is unheard of for me because I usually give up in the dressing room. She also didn't make me feel bad about wanting to order a petite version of another pair online, and she gave me the style # and I'm about to order them on Black Friday sale right now. I only post Yelp reviews when an employee has really made an experience positive, and Autumn did that for me! I hope she gets a special holiday bonus or recognition (or both :)

Had such an amazing experience on the phone today with Lauren! She was such a super star and was so incredibly helpful. After calling and going into multiple madewell stores, i found that Lauren was the most kind and helpful.

My favorite store!!! I had a complicated return and Marissa was soooo helpful and patient! Every time I come into the store the sales girls are so attentive and kind. Madewell has been my go-to place for jeans and with the in store pick up, they've made it so easy to shop still! Thank you again Marissa for your help!

The first time I went in all of the ladies were very helpful. I had assistance from maybe 3 separate girls all helping me find my perfect size and fit. I left very happy. That being said, I went back in today to make a return. One of the items didn't end up working out for me and I also wanted to donate a few old pairs of denim that I already owned. The cashier was very rude and condescending. She told me she could not except my return because I didn't have the card. My fiance had paid for the jeans with his personal card and I had all of the tags intact. The jeans were still folded up in the bag. I find this very inconvenient. I didn't want store credit and I told the cashier that. I also explained that this was inconvenient for me since my fiance was out of town and I didn't know when I would be able to come back with him to make this return. This entire process is inconvenient for the customer. Many huge department stores do not have this same issue with returns. They will happily refund you. Besides this terrible policy, her attitude could have been nicer but instead she decided to be cold and rude all while not assisting me. It is ashame that one person's attitude can taint the whole experience of one store.

Almost half of my closet is from Madewell but honestly I started doing most of my shopping online just to avoid the people that work here because they're stuck up.

It's interesting to read the other "rave" reviews on this particular stores customer service. Last time I went in I patiently waited for a sales person, then after having them walk by me 10 times with the shoe in my hand. I finally asked them for help then when I wanted more help she didn't want to be bothered. I get retail, I use to work in Banana Republic but if you don't help customers they're not going to come back. So I'm officially done with this store. I'm glad others have better experiences maybe they cater to a certain "look" .
