I placed an online order for pickup in store. The order was ready within 2 hours and pickup was quick and easy. An employee even checked to see if I found my items ok.

I went into Michael's for a project. Adrianna was very helpful and had a cheerful attitude. She assisted and answered my question about how much yarn I should need with said project. She was great. Lisa assisted at the register and was also helpful.

The store is clean, organized and very big with lots of things to choose from. I went looking specifically for a frame and Adrianna took the time to show me the different ones that would fit the photo until I found something that I was happy with. I was in a hurry and she was an amazing help, I appreciated her greatly.
