I will NEVER take my animals here again. To be frank, it smells bad in the office, and the office staff has always been rude, but this veterinary clinic was a little cheaper than the one I used to take my cat to, so that's why I began coming here. All I needed was a refill of insulin for my diabetic cat, and even though they had plenty of insulin on hand they refused to refill my prescription without an appointment and exam. I check my diabetic cat's sugar regularly and doctor Thompson came out to talk to me and was very rude and gave me a hard time about how often I check her blood sugar. Taking care of an elderly diabetic cat as a lay person is not easy Dr. Thompson! I did not want to bring my cat in for another exam because she is weak and it is very hard for her being loaded into a carrier, traveling in a car and coming in for an exam. I could not find her insulin at any other pharmacy, and I was really hoping they could help me. They clearly had no interest in doing that, and I would have appreciated a lot more help in the challenge of taking care of an elderly diabetic cat. I can understand them not refilling my prescription, but my review of 1-star is because of the rudeness of the staff, smell and cleanliness of the facility, and lack of appointments available when I call.

This place is awesome , got my girl Harper from Carma and she had diarrhea when i got her home from stress they took her right in and gave her iv fluids and anti diarrhea meds at no charge. I have contined to take her here for shots and even boarded her when i went out of town . She was healthy and happy when i picked her up. They are all loving and compassionate to the animals

We‘ve taken both of our dogs here since they were puppies. The one still living is 15.So…our only vet for 15 years. Why?They care sincerely about the animals in their care and beyond. They are honest, reasonable, and generous. Dr. Tiffany is extremely competent in diagnosing, treating, and referring as needed. These are the key attributes we need in a vet, and we‘ve always found them here.

This place is amazing, they helped my pug Beau in his time of need and made it financially feasible when his life was on the line. They did an amazing job with his surgery and were very thorough with his post op care. You can tell they genuinely care about the animals they serve. Thank you Mission Park Pet Hospital, without you my Beau wouldn't be here still.

Everyone here is very kind. They are proactive with my pets and when I was fostering a dog they made a really good step by step plan of getting him back into good shape.
