Mortgage Link 1, Inc. is amazing. The service is helpful, informative, and wonderful. Staff are pleasant, kind, and patient, taking time to answer every question and concern. They explain everything very well, from the application to the fulfillment process, and assist whenever needed. They care for customers from beginning to end. Customers are comfortable and recommend the service highly, stating they would use it again for mortgage or reverse mortgage financing.

Sherry with Mortgage Link 1 is excellent at what she does. She guided us through the process of a reverse mortgage with ease. Didn't feel as if we were just another client, but rather like family. She was always on top of everything. Would highly recommend her!
