I have yet to receive a refund for my children's canceled classes in May. The instructor canceled three sessions each for my two kids, amounting to $222 in total. Shelton assured us that we would get a refund, but even after waiting until July, I still haven't received it. When I reached out to him, he suggested contacting corporate, but I found his response unhelpful and indifferent.I sent an email to the corporate team, but unfortunately, they never responded. This experience has been frustrating, and I strongly advise others to consider finding a different music studio with better instructors, management, and customer service. While I understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur, the lack of communication and delay in resolving the issue are unacceptable.I sincerely hope that you won't end up feeling the same regret I did.

The good reviews here do not fall in line with my experience at all. And they sell instruments yet have no basic knowledge about them at all. Completely unhelpful

This is the most dishonest, slimy business I have ever dealt with. For over 8 years we have been paying for our son's rental instrument. My original contract states that all monies spent could be used towards a future purchase. Now that I want to purchase an instrument, they are denying the contract exists. When I produced the original contract signed 8 years ago, they deflected to their mythical GM. But you can never get in touch with this person. Call their customer service line and deal with perpetual hold then get told they can't hear me and hang up. Completely unethical STAY AWAY from this business!

Good selection, very fair pricing, great flexibility and spectacular service. When everyone else wanted a three month overpriced minimum to rent a saxophone for a weekend special for our church's Christmas service, these guys gave me a fair price for a month. They listened to my need and worked with me. I will send fellow musicians and business their way and I myself will go to them for my music needs. Shelton and staff, well done.

This is a real music store. It is not guitar center, what you will find is trumpets, clarinets, and all sorts of instruments, you will also find the things at that afor mentioned store. The best part about shopping here is that you support a real music shop that all musicians can find gear and keep all forms of music alive. Staff is friendly and shop is bright and clean

There is a lot to say about the direction this place wants to go but don't buy things that you don't need for things that you don't know what you're buying for a gift. Do your research before and don't be fooled with anything that is good enough to do the job.

Fantastic experience today - first time strings player needed a cello rental for school curriculum. We anticipated a long process, but we were in and out in less than 30 minutes. Brooklyn and the young man (didn't catch his name) helping us were so thorough and showed our daughter all of the parts of the cello and how to manage it. The store manager assisted in making sure we had all the accessories. The rental price is very competitive and the staff was so incredibly helpful.

Do not trust this company with your instrument. We dropped off an instrument to be cleaned and they lost it. My bigger complaint is that they could care less and customer service tells you they cannot help you and hangs up on you. The district mgr never returned any of our calls either. When they did find it a month later it was in a warehouse in Indiana and they told us we still couldn't have it back!!! They didn't want to make the effort so offered a rental of a comparable instrument even though there was sentimental value in the one they refused to return to us. It was easier for them to dump our instrument in the rentals pile to give to someone else than get ours back. My son was very sad to have lost something that meant so much to him. Unbelievable.

Came here to rent a clarinet for my 6th grader, it was quick and easy. The gentleman who helped me was very friendly and helpful. When it came time to return it, a different gentleman helped and he was also friendly. That process was also quick and easy! I'd definitely come back when the time comes.

I really want to give y'all a good rating, but I don't understand how I can provide formal approval for my flute's repairs, and then proceed to have to approve two more times over two more months because someone, somewhere keeps not actually putting the paperwork through? I expected a timesink since repairs take a while, but to have had my flute sitting WAITING for said lengthy repairs for more than two (three by now?) months despite me approving it three! separate! times! because someone just didn't click a button is extremely disappointing!!!!

Absolutely wonderful place. Jesse was extremely helpful and patient with all my questions. I walked in to get information and walked out with my son's new electric guitar, lessons, and a sax on layaway for me! Thanks again, Jesse!!
