I can not say thank you enough to Jill Hamilton of USA Reverse Mortgage. She provided exceptional service to my elderly uncle through the entire process. She was helpful, patient, and compassionate toward my uncle helping him every step of the way when he needed a bit more help or assistance. When my Uncle wanted me to be informed of everything happening, Jill continually reached out to me to keep me posted through the entire process. Jill on many occasions went above and beyond and we just can't thank her enough for all her assistance. I guess it's hit and miss with this company.I was lead on to believe my loan was going through all the way till 8 days before funding.I jumped through so many hoops with them and I was so excited to get it done.Then all of a sudden they say I need to change my refi to an investment loan and by this time the rates shot up. They had all of the documentation at the halfway point that they could have changed it then. I was still hopeful because I really needed this loan to help my autistic grandchildren. Now I have to come up with 6 months of reserve in my bank account and they knew I was broke. They even had me pay for an appraisal even though they knew it was going to change. I see all of these great reviews on here and wonder if they're true.Heartless company, but I had a great loan officer that kept it going just for me. Don't do me any favors. Good luck maybe you will be one of the lucky ones.

Ocean Lending and in particular Paul Kim and Trent Fordyce got my loan across the finish line when others couldn't or should I say wouldn't put forth the extra effort my situation required. Because of them my Son and I will stay in our home after a divorce buy out and other financial constraints. This company is the epitome of customer service. They were always available and responded timely and I mean timely (generally within minutes). Even before or after business hours. You are not just a number or sale with this company. They truly care and want to help. I'm in the customer service field and I am truly impressed by how they provided honest, friendly, and personalized service. Thank you Paul, Trent, and everyone that helped me cross the finish line!

I cannot recommend Ocean Lending enough. Best refinancing experience by far (and our past experiences were pretty good!). Communication was excellent. I felt like Michael was one step ahead of everything throughout the whole process. It was a seamless and easy experience. Highly recommend.

Two words: STRESS. FREE. My main concern with going through something as complicated as a closing (and a remote closing at that) is the level of communication. The whole team at Ocean Lending blew my expectations. They made sure to explain each part thoroughly before we got there, were available by phone, email, and text at every step of the process and were incredibly responsive when I reached out. I never had a chance to build up any anxiety because they were so quick to get right back to me with any of my questions or concerns. Thank you Ethan, Lacy, and Clara so much for your thorough attention. I got more than I expected AND more than I asked for, and it cost less than I thought it would. Who could ask for more??

I was going through a divorce which tanked my credit. Lacy worked to get my loan approved for a refinance and we will be doing it all again when my credit repairs for a better rate. Excellent service with great communication.

We started off great.Smoothed out potential issues, created a workable package, approved us twice for a refi pending paperwork. But it went on for months and we were losing out on the low interest rates. Then BAM, we were rejected on a bogus premise. In desperation, we quickly switched lenders, and managed to quickly got one of the last possible low-interest refi loans from another lender. I do not know what happened with Ocean, but it took them a full year to ultimately reject us due to a non-issue. Beware.

The only thing great about the experience I had was with this kind, knowledgeable, personable young man. Josh Isaac is probably by far the best loan officer there. I cant say the same for the rest. Be careful. You might be one of the lucky ones who get what you ask for. Good luck. Josh should look elsewhere for employment. He is great.

I want to thank Ocean Lending and my Processor Clara Fernandez and Ethan Whitsell for a wonderful and easy experience with my FHA refinance.Clara was always available by phone and email and went the extra mile to assist us with this smooth transaction.Her and Ethan really made this happen very fast and very profesional a really team work from day one until it was done. My wife and I are very impressed with the passion and dedication from them. Ocean Lending and Lacy Edwards in particular have been an excellent advocate for us during our refi process. Very informative very intelligent and even a bit personal. Throughout the process I had a good handful of questions and/or concerns that actually should take some time to research and Lacy always had a thorough and accurate response in a very short time.
