I took my Subaru to the dealership (I know) for a simple oil change. They claimed oil was mixing with the coolant. They wanted to tear down my engine for $3,400 just to “find the issue,” and said it could end up costing $5,000–$7,000.
Thankfully, I had my car towed to Tony’s Automotive instead. They actually ran a real diagnostic, took the time to explained everything clearly, and were super transparent. The cost was significantly less, they saved me thousands of dollars and told me they didn’t even see the same issue the dealership claimed. Even without an appointment, they got all the work done within a day, which was amazing. They also offered to recheck my car for free a few weeks later, which they did today in under five minutes. Everything looked great.
As a young woman who doesn’t know much about cars, I can’t say enough how much I appreciated how respectful and honest they were.

“Chris, the owner, is a good communicator. First he made an appointment with me so I could get in and out relatively quick, which at the dealer, I have to sit over 1 hour. “Other local shop recommended this place. Never been there before. I scheduled an appointment for my 22 year old daughter with John to have a traction control service issue diagnosed. Newer Mercedes was periodically going into limp mode while driving (not safe).They treated her great and fixed the car in a few hours for only $125.00. It was only a dirty sensor issue. I always go with my son Enzo to service our alfa romeo and the van. My wife has taken them both mini coopers and we never had an issue with any of their work, the opposite, they're very attentive and the price is veeery fair compared with others. I'll keep doing business with them. We also took a car for inspection and they pointed out some things, even in my last oil change they pointed out some things that needed to take care of. All in all they're very attentive and love their attitude, availability and pricing. Always there for me and honest, so I'll keep taking my fleet to them.”
