I worked with Rubi to obtain a Car Loan. She made the process very easy and was very helpful, professional, and efficient. I was in and out of the bank within 25 minutes. Next time I need a car loan I will definitely ask for her again. Highly recommended Bank with great Rates.

They have no provision of people buying a new computer. Once you buy a new computer, logging on is a pain in the ass, and they don't help you much. Which means you have no access to your account or ask any question is impossible. I'm disable from Parkinson's disease and having hard time to walk into the office but that's what they demand me to do. I sent a letter to the bank and followed the answer that I received but doing do so made me unable to log on to the one I was using before (but extremely slow, for example, it takes a several minutes to start Windows. the reason I bought a new one). It was a great bank before in the beginning(it's been like two years) with the person helped me sign up. But she quit for some reason now, all phone calls are answered by automated phone, there's no Email to ask your question. They seem to think all opinions from the customers are meaningless. They just ignore what you say. Does anybody like automated phone? The employee at the bank seem to think customers do. And having cell phone is not only a necessity but a requirement in that bank, If you don't carry around your cellphone, you can't log on to the website. And look at the numbers on likes, dislikes. In a short time, dislike shots up like CCP lies about their economy and train accidents. Their pride keeping up the number is more important than improving service. Do you think it'll help the customer satisfaction going up? I live in San Juan Capistrano, not in San Francisco, by the way. Do you really believe 4.3 favorability? I'm very skeptical not by the employees but the company policy. By the way, they don't give you alert of due date of credit payments, If you forget to pay, that'll be their lunch money.

Fantastic service with the teller Shanika A. ! She helped me with all my needs and was professional, efficient, and friendly. She made banking delightful (which can sometimes be anxiety-inducing if not boring).
