WHAT A RACQUET! I froze my membership last June and only did so because I was told it would avoid my having to pay a new membership fee WRONG! I went in today and was told it would be $70+ to restart and that I had $90 credit on my account that CANNOT be used towards my restart but only towards purchasing product. I asked the “manager” what the best product was and she showed me a purple bottle and a pink bottle and let me smell them both. I liked the fragrance of the purple bottled one so asked how much it was and she told me $195, i about came out of my shoes! BUYERS BEWARE! This place is a complete RIPOFF and are now holding my $ hostage! CROOKS!Service: Tanning

This salon has done a great job working with Yelp to get reviews taken down. This location is riddled with cock roaches. The prices are also way higher than others. $45 for 1 spray tan and sooo much more to make it "bronze" and add features that I bought my membership for. One spray tan costed my $75!!! What? The salons also close earlier than any other tanning salon in California. I get off work at 6 and so I no longer have time to tan here. I canceled my membership bc of the roaches but will never go to another location due to poor cleanliness, lack of respect towards employees, their 24 hour tanning rule and the fact that they close so early. Hopefully others are able to read this before they pay yelp to take it down.

I came into this salon without any knowledge with tanning. It was my first time and had no idea what to expect. I was greeted by Sydney, who took time to help me understand how the process would be. She made me feel comfortable and welcomed. I love the customer service I have received by Sydney and can't wait to return back! Thank you Sydney!

On October 7th @4:30, was a very rude and disconcerting experience. The woman with the pink highlights in her hair, was at the front desk and as I walked in I saw another person she was attending to, but what was so disconcerting is she didn’t bother to look me as she took her time going on with the other person. Afterwards when she finally got to me, she didn’t even apologize or be cordial. I usually do a cocktail which is the tan booth and spray tan. But the bed I normally go on was broken. Again didn’t apologize especially since I’m paying for a Diamond bed. So I went with another bed, then I asked will the other spray bed be ready when I come out. She said what to do mean???Once I was done the spray bed was not ready so I walked to the front and AGAIN rude and didn’t even address that I’m waiting again!!!!!So I left and I want to CANCEL MY ACCOUNT!!!!!Services: Tanning

Great service, cleanliness, and beds. Employees are always friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to help and answer questions. Also extremely pleased whenever I've gotten there when they open they open right on time. Highly recommend.

This location has has a broken spray booth for over a month and every time I go, it is at least a 35+ minute wait for the ONE booth they have. This has to be rectified. Your rent for this huge space can't be cheap and the broken booth is a waste of space. Your customers are pissed. Fixed this issue.
