I ordered food for pickup on Friday night, I ordered the sweet and sour beef and the kung Pao chicken.. and a appetizer. When I got home and was ready to eat dinner both dishes were not cooked all the way. I tried to call but just kept getting put on hold. I think management needs to do a better job making sure the food is not raw and is cooked all the way

I ordered the garlic chicken with white rice and this is what I got, hard rice and the chicken wasn’t even garlic not sure what it was the chicken was all clumped together and look at the green things on top, it looks like it’s been sitting for a day or 2 and decided to give it to me and I ordered fried rice same exact thing. I feel sick to stomach right now. Never again! Make sure you guys check your food before picking it up.

I have done enough fine dining in my life to take it for granted. I also own two businesses in food service and can often look at an item and know whether it was purchased from US Foods, Sysco, or Restaurant Depot. There are plenty of restaurants that serve frozen entrees, and the chef opens packaging and reads the prep label before plating it. Not here. Not at PF Chang’s. Their chef has real talent and the “back” (kitchen staff) do an extraordinary job…we have never been served a bad meal (and I’m a particular eater). They are consistently good, which isn’t as simple as it may seem.But today I am taking time to write a review because the service was so spectacular. It’s my youngest daughter’s 28th birthday and Michelle (our server) literally made it perfect. She was fast, accurate, predictive, professional and was neither hovering or out-of-sight. But in addition to providing superbly attentive service, it was her manner that made the difference. Truth be told…it had been a brutal day and we almost cancelled dinner because nobody was feeling “up for it.” We all suggested rescheduling (not one of us wanted to go) but it seemed kinda obligatory and so we dragged ourselves here. Thank God we did. Michelle’s bubbly personality lifted us all up out of our funk and before long we were all giggling and thoroughly enjoying ourselves…even Michelle seemed to be having fun. This girl fixed a horrible day and all it took was a genuine desire to please and the well-honed server skills only a restaurant veteran can appreciate. Michelle is a rare gem…she’s got the X Factor.The manager at PF Chang’s hires very well. His staff (both front & back) provided us an exemplary dining experience that is worthy of 10 stars. Do yourself a favor, go dine at PF Chang’s, play with items on the menu you never tried before and yeah…try some of the bartender’s specialty libations. Do it on a day when you’re down and stressed and need some simple Asian attitude therapy. The staff at PF Chang’s sets the customer care bar so high…other restaurant workers need to charter a plane just to see it. Tell em Bruce set you. You can thank me later. Thanks for saving the day Michelle.

The service was horrible, the food was slow to get delivered and was over cooked. They were about 1/2 full and they forgot items we ordered and even delivered the wrong items. When we pointed out the error the said sorry and walked away. They didn't even fix it.If you are vegan or have allergies DONT GO HERE. They said even the sushi was premade and could not leave off the mayonnaise! Thinly had one item without egg on the main menu including the sushi!!

I have never been to this restaurant before. I had the opportunity to visit many shops of the PF Chang chain. But this place is uninspiring as a shop and the inside is not like the other shops. Also the seating arrangements are bad. It is not a good shop design, I think it would be nice to close the shop for the winter season and serve after a good renovation inside. Also, I don't know who's idea it is about the TV, but the lion and deer hunting for dinner on TV is not good at all! We could have preferred a sports match!Parking: the parking lot for the cars is very crowded and there is a long line at the charging point. everyone leaves their cars and goes shopping! so come with full electricity, otherwise you will be stranded!

Happy hour in Mission Viejo. Great service. Mediocre snacks. Waaaay to long for Calamari (cold). up sold on larger portion of wine but what the server didn't tell us it was twice as much. $56 for four glasses of house wine, short pour!!! Instead of $8 of glass it was 16 for the exact same wine supposedly two more ounces. Great service, lovely place to go but ridiculous stupid happy hour,upsold prices! Absolutely will never go back there ever again. 50 ft away is Islands I'd much rather go there in their half price. I spent $80 for two glasses of wine cold calamari and average dumplings. What a waste of time in my money!!!

The food is great, lots of options. Excellent service, Kim was fantastic. Added a surprise dish for us to try something we never had before.

Justin was very attentive and was wonderful. Food was great today. I recommend it. Don’t eat by the door as it’s very cold with the wind.
