This particular location in Mission Viejo (68000 Crown Valley) is awesome! They got me first stick and I am a very hard draw. And they are kind people; not just pushing people through! Give these phlebotomists a raise. They are heads and shoulders above the rest!

Love this 26800 CVP Quest. I will drive miles just to go there. They are always nice, helpful and find my vein, which is a huge relief. It’s a big source of anxiety for me when blood is going to be drawn and they can’t find my vein. I hate being poked over and over again. Thank you Quest!

My veins are difficult to draw blood from. Brittany was AMAZING and so patient and focused on making sure the visit was successful all the while pain-free :) I made an appointment online and was seen within minutes of my appointment time. Very efficient!

Matthew and Brenda are my major heroes. Due to the stunning incompetence of my new doctor and/or her staff, together they tried repeatedly to get accurate and missing info necessary
For a very critical lab order. The doctor's office kept underperforming and were clueless - they never did send over the lab orders electronically. Fortunately, I had a printed copy. Unfortunately there were more than 12 tests that had to be entered manually. On my THIRD visit the lab order was still messed up (scary stuff). Brenda and Matthew decided on a different approach. Brenda insisted on talking to a person with authority to issue lab orders and then patiently explained what was needed and why based on my access to MyQuest's test results from the past. This resulted (Finally!!) In a complete draw! Their persistence in helping me was very much "extra". I was warmly welcomed despite the extra work and time my horrid lab orders caused. Wow!
