I recently had the pleasure of having my blood drawn by Jennifer, and I cannot express enough how fantastic my experience was! From the moment I walked into the clinic, Jennifer's warm and inviting demeanor instantly put me at ease.
Her professionalism and expertise were evident as she explained the entire process, taking the time to answer my questions and address my concerns with kindness. Jennifer’s skill in phlebotomy is truly remarkable; she is gentle and precise, making the experience as comfortable as possible. I barely felt the needle, and she completed the procedure quickly and efficiently.
Moreover, Jennifer's attention to detail and commitment to patient care is commendable. She checked in with me throughout the process, ensuring I was comfortable and informed. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about her patients and their well-being.
I left the clinic feeling grateful for such a positive experience. If you ever need a phlebotomist, I wholeheartedly recommend Quest and Jennifer. Her professionalism, skill, and compassionate approach set her apart and make her an invaluable asset to Quest’s healthcare team.

I had an appointment today, Friday April 18th scheduled for 1PM for some routine bloodwork. I had been researching which lab office to go to that offered a relaxed experience with skilled technicians, and this location did not disappoint.
I walked in about 20 minutes before my scheduled appointment time, when only three other people were in the office, nothing too out of hand. I checked in, no problem, and waited to be called. About 10 minutes prior to my appointment, a flood of people walked in, to which one technician Jennifer, came out and let everybody know she was there working by herself and would get to everybody ASAP.
About five minutes later, she called my name, and we got things started as efficiently as possible. Jennifer was running the show by herself today, completely kicking ass and taking names. She made my experience beginning to end completely seamless, running my insurance, taking my co-pay, and drawing my blood with ONE quick prick and absolutely NO pain or discomfort. She drew my blood so quickly, I was shocked when she told me she had gotten two vials and I was finished. It couldn’t have been longer than two minutes! I would absolutely recommend Jennifer, she’s an absolute gem and will make your experience as easy as possible.
Thank you so much, Jennifer! You have a loyal patient for as long as you choose to work at this office! 🙏🏻

I have now visited this Quest facility twice, in two weeks. In both visits I was fortunate to be helped by the same phlebotomist (Alyssa) who was not only fantastic at her job, but she was such a kind and welcoming young lady as well. It is individuals like Alyssa, and her colleague Jenn, that sets this facility in a class of its own, and one that I will gladly refer!

Had a blood draw this morning by a nurse named Jennifer. She was excellent, so nice, understanding and professional. She loves her job and it sure shows. I highly recommend Quest because of her.

I recently visited Quest Diagnostics Lab in Mission Viejo and had a fantastic experience. From booking the appointment to the actual blood draw, everything was smooth and efficient. The booking process was straightforward, and I was able to find a convenient time slot that fit my schedule perfectly.
Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by the staff, who were friendly and professional. They made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire process. The facility was clean and well-organized, contributing to a pleasant experience.
The blood draw was quick and painless, thanks to the skilled and attentive technician. I was impressed by their attention to detail and commitment to providing excellent care. Overall, I am very satisfied with my visit and would highly recommend Quest Diagnostics Lab in Mission Viejo to anyone in need of laboratory services. They truly go above and beyond to ensure a positive experience for their patients.

The phlebotomist was available ontime for my appointment and was very careful with the hard to read order sheet from my doctor. She was very plesant, efficient and informative durint the visit. connected to my small vein on the first poke. Overall great experience. .

I scheduled an appointment online, when I got there I was not in the system, I even had a screen shot of my appointment. This is the second time it’s happened. Bad app, make sure you see your confirmation number. Staff was super nice though.

We just completed an appointment a few minutes ago. This was the most Unsettling experience. After we had checked in, there was an older gentleman and his wife that had an appointment, but they didn’t have their confirmation papers. They were They were having trouble checking in. Savannah answered the door and was completely rude and disrespectful to the to the older couple, so much so that it was disturbing to other patients in the waiting room. She actually shut the door on him and offered him no Help until he said, it was unfair and she finally helped him.
Not only that, when asked to use the restroom to give a urine sample, the entire bathroom floor was wet, either covered with toilet water or Urine, I do not know which, so I had to ask to use another restroom. I had to walk out of the clinic down the hallway of the medical building to the other side of the building, where there was a restroom, walk my urine sample back into the clinic and return it into the box with no confirmation from staff. this facility is so unsanitary and unprofessional. I am actually concerned that my sample is now contaminated or will be misfiled. PICK ANOTHER PLACE!
