Amazingly all the staffs that draw blood for the tests are pretty good. One of them is Jennifer and I don't even know when Jennifer stick the needle to my arms to draw blood. Thank you dear ALL.

If you have an infant or toddler make sure you see Carlos. He is so good, my daughter turned one in April wnd we went for her blood draw and she did not flinch at all, didn't cry, she didn't even feel it. It was so easy!

May 24,2023 (Wed 9:10am):I booked an appointment for myself and my two daughters on their website, which was easy. We parked our car in a paid parking structure ( we paid $4). Upon arrival, we checked in at a machine, and each of us had a friendly phlebotomist.

Came in for a pediatric blood draw here since I guess not all Quests do them. I drove from Irvine since the ones closer to us had pretty rough reviews. We made a same day appointment and were seen right away. Selena did the blood draw for my 2.5 year old and was accommodating in letting me hold him during the draw, comfort him, explain things to him, have his iPad on for distraction when needed, etc. We were done in less than 10 minutes and it was about as problem free as you can hope for with a toddler. Parking was $3 but I would still come to this location again if needed.

Quest Diagnostics claim "Walk-ins are welcome. But only so that they can keep their appointment calendar full. If you are a walk-in, like my 98 year old mother, you will only be seen when and only if someone doesn't show up for their appointment. On top of that, they close the office at 12:30-1:30 for lunch, and you can just sit in their lobby and wait some more. She waited for two hours and was told she is still on the waiting list and there were four appointments ahead of her before their lunch break. Needless to say, she left without being tested. So to be honest, I don't really believe they WELCOME walk-ins.

So this location advertises that it takes walk-ins. So I walked in this morning. They now have an impersonal, unmanned, sign in computer. So I did. I've been here many times before. When there used to be people to speak with. Although generally with an appointment, but I have walked in on previous days. Anyway, sat down. Unsure as to whether or not I was properly signed in. An employee came out from the secured door leading to the inner sanctum. I asked her if I had signed in properly and waiting there was the right thing to do. She said yes, no numbers are given but if you signed in, you're all good and someone would call me soon. 25 minutes later, she walks back out from the laboratory vault, to tell me that they had decided they were no longer taking walk-ins today because they are too busy and understaffed. Somewhat short of getting on my knees to beg, I made the plea that they should take me since they told me I should wait and would take me. All these fell on deaf ears. Seriously unprofessional.

Lab is empty but wait time of 2 hours at 9am! Not properly managed or staffed. Just a waste of time

Everyone here is so helpful and nice. I don’t stress any longer when I need a blood lab request. They are great.

One of the best locations to go to. Staff is extremely friendly. Makes the process so much easier, especially for the younger ones!

This laboratory is so high tech you make an appointment on line and then you check in when physically present it took me only 5min to wait. Phlebotomist was really good got my vein from the first time

The lab practitioner Sara was very rude. I also saw some clientes entering and complaining at the way they are being treated. I should have filmed it. The people working there that is very expressly rude are the blonde lady with the pony take and the other one name Sara. They don’t seem to even want to be there. I am a patience with cancer and I was treated terrible. Regardless of what you are going through nobody should be treated rude. There is no compasión, no patience. Don’t go to this place.

Best place in the area for a blood draw! On a Monday morning showed up 5 minutes before opening and with no appointment scheduled. Easy check in and great service. I was out the door by 7:45am. Highly recommend.

Great service and very nice people, but they do not validate the parking fees to visit their office. I don’t remember paying parking for a doctor visit or lab visit ever before - even at Newport Beach appointments.
