Their customer service needs alot of help. Just flat out rude! We all serve the same God in the end. I just didn't understand the disrespect I received when I have my utmost, constant respect with me! Hope they have a better day!! I will not be switching to this neighborhood pharmacy!

Best pharmacy in Orange County. my parents are not easy to deal with and very demanding. Razi pharmacy deliver medications on time and spend time explaining and consulting their medications. I am very thankful to have kambiz has our community pharmacist. He is very considerate and always puts his patients first. Thank you for everything.

Make sure to follow these set of essential guidelines to relieve statisfsctory customer service. Went in a few weeks she from a middle eastern friend of mine; thinking the owner was "Razi" and the place being incrediblly small, i asked if Razi was around

Years ago when first I saw this place opened with this meaningful name I realized what a hard task they are commited to. RAZI or Razes how the Greeks call him was the father of science of chemistry and Pharmacology ,this is what Wikipedia sez about him:

If I could I would give them zero stars! I turned in a compound prescription and they were supposed to make it in couple days, they didn't make for 20 days and I had to go and get the prescription back and have it made some where else, worst experience ever,

Everyone at Razi pharmacy is so kind and caring. I have been going there for 5 years. They so good I travel 40 miles to get my meds from them.

My parents and I have been getting medications from Razi Pharmacy since 2010. Their customer service has always been the best. Their staff members and pharmacists are great. Our medications are always ready on time which makes it easy to pick it up on my way to home. Even if I forget to pick up any of my new medications, they deliver it on time for free.

I have been a customer of Razi Pharmacy for many years and I can honestly say that I have always received such a warm welcome from all staff and the service they provide as a team is impeccable. Thank you for always taking good care of my needs and I will always recommend your services to my friends and family who now use Razi Pharmacy for their Pharmaceutical needs. 10/10!

Dr. Kambiz is the absolute best pharmacist hands down, you will not find anywhere else like these guys, they are fast, professional, and friendly, they also give me pricing that no one else could compare with since I don't have insurance and I would highly recommend going here for any of your prescription needs

I wish I could give negative 10 stars but it won't allow me. This pharmacy has given me (and several others) nothing but problems. I'm surprised they haven't been shut down by the board of pharmacy. I've had patients coming to me and telling me they wouldn't transfer out their meds (or relatives') for whatever reason. I didn't know the extent of this unprofessional service until my uncle was put in a home and they were only contracted with this horrible pharmacy. My cousin was out of town so I was in charge of all things pertaining to my uncle and his meds. Some of his meds were being billed and they were not being delivered. They had billed countless of meds (worth hundreds and some thousands) and getting reimbursed without even sending it to the home because these were discontinued months ago. I couldn't believe it. I tried to transfer his meds out and go to my local pharmacy but they hung up on me repeatedly. Especially that owner, the crook himself, Kambiz. I've heard from so many other professionals (doctors, pharmacists) that have said they refuse to work with this crook. I have filed with the board of pharmacy to no avail. I finally met a mutual friend who works directly with the board who's willing to help me. I hope this pharmacy goes down soon PS look at all the people putting GREAT reviews. Clearly family friends who have no idea what sort of pharmacy this crook is running. But hey not for long!

I have never written a review but I felt that Razi Pharmacy deserves the recognition for what they have done for me. I don't sugar coat things so I am going to keep it real. First of all we know that look you get when you walk into a big chain pharmacy with a RX for pain medicine and the hour long wait time. When I walked into Razi Pharmacy I have never had a Doctor pull me aside and talk with me like a human being about my CURES report ( it just does not happen) and want to guide me into the right direction. I do talk with my sister whom is a Pharmacist in a different state and she said that the Medical Doctors that care will offer some help and guidance to there patients. Not only do I get my medications w/in 10 minutes, I also have since transfered all previous medications to Razi Pharmacy and now my wife will be doing the same. Thank you again from the bottom of my heart.

I had to take a minute to tell everyone how wonderful Razi Pharmacy is!! They have amazing customer service, and with the high quality of generics as well as brand-names, can meet everyone's expectation's. You are always received with a smile, and they go above & beyond to make sure that all of your needs are met personally. They take caring for you, very seriously and to the next level. The entire staff always making you feel like a part of their family.
