First of all, our house looks like an ad for Restoration Hardware, we love everything. We haven't been in the store in the Mission Viejo mall in a while, but wanted to pick out all new bath linen and wanted to see the colors in person and purchase there and bring home as really don't need delivery on towels etc. I have been picking what I want and have been in store for 45 mins and still have not once been asked if I needed any help. I collected all the towels, floor rugs wash towels etc About $700 in all. I took them to the register to pay for them as I always have... but there is no register any more. So I waited and wandered around and reluctantly a women asked me what I was doing? I said I would like to purchase all this and she said that I can't, wait what ? ? ? She then explained that this is a showroom only and that I would have to go home and order online. Well I'm standing there with items that have a price tag on them in one hand and a cash in the other, but can not purchase. What kind of business turns down a sale, and why is there a showroom in the mall? Marketing is great but sales is terrible Seriously the worst service ever. Guess this is why Amazon is taking over the world. Very sad

Gina helped us with curtains for a difficult location in our home after an order from crate and barrel was updated to back-ordered for several months. She was knowledgeable and very personable. We are very excited for our order to be delivered so that I can install them.

Everyone at) this store is attentive and helpful. Somehow, I always seem to arrive at the end of the day. I may be returning samples, or selecting a dining table...they are patient and engaged (even at the end of a long day). They greet you promptly and are helpful.

Excellent customer service, we appreciate the tentative designers who were quick with our questions. This location treated us like we were celebrities walking in. Very nice showroom with many options to customize. I love RH!

RH is a 5 star establishment!! Darla is an awesome interior designer and she will come over and assess your space then help you map it out at the RH store at the Mission Viejo mall! She's thoughtful and spends a LOT of time mapping out your floor plan! She is exceptional! The store is also beautifully laid out and she fits in perfectly!! We are very grateful to involve her in our design project!!

I purchased a wash basin for my powder room with this RH in Mission Viejo. I felt like I was pushed into ordering it as they prices were going up the following day. My house is in a remodel so I didn't need it for 6 weeks or longer. I was told it was custom and would take 6 weeks before I would get delivery. The next day I get a text from them saying that they want to set up delivery for this in the next few days. That was the first annoyance with this store. Secondly, they ordered the wrong size washbasin for my powder room and gave me one for a larger room. I told them it was the powder room wash basin. That was delivered and then when my contractor and I took a look at it, we agreed that it was not the right size for my powder room. I called them back and now they have to pick the wrong one up and deliver the correct one. But, when I paid for the original purchase which is more money then the one I am getting, I paid my credit card for the purchase, only to find out that they don't charge you until the piece is delivered to your home. So, this really screwed up my card as I didn't remember exactly what transpired 6 weeks earlier. Now, with this new return/purchase, they charged me for the washbasin that they are delivering but have not credited me for the other. They said originally that they don't charge you until it is delivered. Well, this is quite a contradiction to what they are doing now and charging before the item is delivered. The so called "designers" don't know what the right hand is doing from the left, and they are very incompetent. I will not be purchasing anything else from them ever again. Not to mention, that all their merchandise is sourced in China or Vietnam, and they have the audacity to charge the prices they do. I was able to have most of my furniture built in America, locally, for half the price. Buyers Beware!

I always thought that RH was the crème de la crème of design studios, or the place I'd go eventually to design my own home (after all my mother is a 20+ year retired interior decorator from Dallas).....So I found my dream house -- all 4,100 sq feet of it....it made my heart go pitter patter.....it had that "restoration hardware" vibe...the former seller even had select RH pieces in the home, which served as my inspiration. I contacted RH design services...we've had a couple hiccups...but I am hopeful :) I have a backup plan at least - my mom, who's been a guiding star and checking me upon every decision, and my own intuition....I think I'll buy the rest of my RH pieces via CS and honestly go to Perigold, etc. We've had to Cancel several pieces. Poor space planning....Not good. $68K later....I'd expect more. The one thing I will say, is that, do NOT tell your clients that you need a floorplan with measurements when they walk in the door. I was told when I walked into RH that I needed a floorplan with measurements in order to design my home. I spent WEEKS (literally) obtaining my floorplan with measurements. First, I had to contact the original builder of the home (how did I do this? I contacted them via LinkedIn - randomly - thank God he was friendly) :) He suggested that in order to get the plans for the house with the room sizes, I should go to the original builder (the house is 20 years old)...but I did, I emailed and went to the original builder and also, I had to go to the original engineering firm, who built the house. I had to go to both places and get sign-off for the floor plans for this house (just for the RH Design Team) -- then, I had to go to the Engineering Firm for the house. I literally walked into this firm and they were like "why are you coming here 20+ years after the house was built?" ....so I explained and got their sign-off on the plans. So then I had to go to the City....I made an appointment w/ the city. After 45 mins I got the plans. At the end of the day, all of this effort was for little-naught...meaning that it meant relatively nothing....the designer barely leveraged nothing more than could be leveraged by my own measurements. When I walked into RH, I had envisioned a "real" vision of what my home would look like...I thought by providing my home's measurements, I'd get a full visual of what I would expect in spending $100-200K (my budget). I did not achieve this. This whole experience is semi-Positive - I'm yearning for more. PLEASE -- RH please DELIVER on your promises!

I have always admired RH furniture, and I was excited to furnish our new home with it. All of the pieces we ordered have been fanastic and the white glove delivery is top notch. The rest of this review is devoted to giving outstanding praise to designer Naz Hafshjani at the RH store on Crown Valley next to Nordstrom. Over the last two months, I have placed three orders totalling more than $55K worth of furniture, rugs, and more through Naz, so I've really worked extensively with her. My family just bought a modern, new condo. We decided to sell all of our old furniture and purchase all new furniture through RH because we love the look so much. I popped into the store one day and was delighted when Naz came over with a very welcoming and cheerful disposition, asking if I needed any help. I went in thinking to myself, "I am just going to walk around and whoever asks if I need help, I'll book my order with them". I couldn't have been more pleased with Naz!! It turns out, Naz worked with the previous owners of our home just a few months before, and she had been to our place, so she knew all of the nuances of how the light comes in, what kinds of finishes are in our kitchens and bathrooms, the colors of the floors and walls, etc. I told her we had a budget not quite as high as the former owners, but we wanted the same overall look and feel. She helped me tackle everything we needed within our budget, and she has been a fantastic resource for us. I strongly recommend asking the designers to visit your home for a complimentary consult because this made all the difference for us. I am the daughter of an interior designer, so based on my experience years ago helping my mom flip houses before flipping was even a thing, I can truly appreciate a designer who understands the concepts of scale, space, color, and texture and knows how to make them work together. Naz is gifted in her ability to make recommendations based on the size of our rooms and the scale that would be needed with our large spaces and 9 foot ceilings. She paid critical attention to the sizes of lamp bases and shades for the nightstands, and she picked out the best color and style of rugs for us. She was able to listen to all of our needs and preferences and make so many great recommendations that weren't just the same as the former owners, they were unique to us. Her suggestion for the Cloud sectional track arm was fantastic, and she was so good at helping my husband pick which arm chair would look right with it. Also, she was able to steer me in the right direction for proper balance in each of the rooms when it comes to shape and texture, things I was not good at myself such as: 1) putting a round table in the dining room and then balancing it with chairs with rounded backs, and 2) picking bedding that would be best for use by the kids and texture for us. Not only does Naz have a fantastic grasp and intimate knowledge of all of the RH products, she has a strong understanding of the processes behind ordering, delivery, customer service, and more. We live on the top floor of a building, so very heavy and large furniture pieces needed to be brought in with a crane. Naz was able to guide me on which pieces would require that. When it came to ordering, she was able to send me the confirmation via email and when I couldn't figure out when something would be able to be shipped or had a question, she was able to answer it and even contacted customer service herself to make sure particular items going via UPS would arrive on our same day as our delivery of most of our furniture. Naz's own customer service is amazing. I visited the store twice, and she was able to sit down with me at a large monitor and show me things on the computer as well as things in the store to help me pick what would work. She is super honest, too - when I suggested something I was interested in, if it wouldn't look right, she took the time to explain the reason regarding the height or width or texture, etc. If I hadn't worked with Naz, I would have m

Just purchased an amazing office bar. Great quality and wonderful finishes. The bar absolutely looks vintage and is certainly a statement piece. More importantly, the staff was very helpful and shipped my piece to my home (and assembled it) with virtually no effort on my part. Very pleased.
