The store is well-organized with clear signage, making it easy to find items. Many staff members are highlighted as beautiful, helpful, professional, and passionate, providing excellent service by quickly finding products, answering questions, and offering good suggestions. Customers report successful and enjoyable experiences, including fun discoveries of new items and receiving many compliments on makeup applied in-store. However, some experiences at the registers are less positive. Staff can seem somewhat stressed, with long lines due to limited cashiers. Some employees walking around do not assist with backup, which can be aggravating and disappointing. One cashier's tonality was described as somewhat catty, pointed, short, and annoyed, which felt rushed and less than professional or welcoming. While the store offers convenient options like in-store pick-up and same-day delivery, the in-store checkout experience can sometimes undermine the overall feeling of a celebration where all are welcome.
Always good service here, busy during holidays and sales of course. If you need customized service it’s good to make an appointment or go when it’s less busy. FYI enter at Cheesecake Factory by Nordstrom. Google maps currently shows it at the wrong end. dec2024
