Got gas and selected option for gold car wash with fill up from pump. Receipt printed with 6 digit code for car wash. Waited 20 minutes in a line to use car wash. Cars continued to file in behind me while waiting for my turn in the car wash. Got up to the terminal for entering code or payment. Vehicle ahead of me had started their wash and was stopped with red lights. I entered my code; showed authorized. Waited until the vehicle in front of me completely exited before proceeding. No green lights, red lights or any lights showed for proceeding. Pulled in , pulled forward, pulled back; nothing. Lady behind me mentioned it doesn't work when code is put in before the car before you is done. Not listed directions on the wall before entering mentioned this. Only a Yellow sign with steps 1,2,3 on how to proceed in the wash. I went inside while my vehicle was inside the wash inoperable. Gas station attendant inside would not issue another code. I asked for refund, would not issue a refund. Just slid a piece of paper and a pen across the counter and told me to fill it out.
Where is the convenience in using a car wash that does not give proper instructions, does not give intuitive operation, and gas station attendant punishes people with paperwork to fill out when their car wash operates in this fashion

Unbelievably rude employees. I don't know who the owner of this gas station is, but needs to see how the customers are being treated in the business.
Filled my gas, bought a gold car wash, and went in the car was not even cleaned all the marks and spots left on there as if the car had not been washed. told the lady employee inside she said that's how it washes. I said I may write you a bad review. She said do watever the h... you wanna do.
I have not ever been treated like that before.

Garbage car wash and garbage employees. If the car wash quits working on me, don’t ask me to fill out paperwork. That’s your job, not mine. Give me what I paid for. This place has never run smoothly.

I have been coming to this gas station for almost 5 years, and one night when I tried to use the bathroom, I asked the two cashiers, who ignored me for a long time and when they felt like it, they said yes.

Waited in line for about 20 minutes for the car wash and then my code didn't work. I tried to get a refund and the cashier couldn't figure it out so had to make an extra trip the next day to get my refund.

This shell gas station is in front of another business, in a main street close by Target and Amazon. So convenient the location. The place has a carwash option & vacuum, also can you check the tires pressure and water if needed it . There is parking for wheelchair close by the little store.Thanks!

Diesel usersThey keep changing the diesel info stickers. The current one says that their diesel fuel "contains more than 20% biomass-based diesel or biodiesel".The wording isn't concise, but if the fuel does contain over 20% biodiesel, it's a blend that's not recommended for many diesel engines.

If I could go lower thank a one star, I would. Worst customer service tonight. Gaspar was the employee working. I was in the car wash and it broke down again. I go inside to get my money back. And he wouldn't give it to me, but he gave it to person behind me who also tried to go through the car wash, but not me. He told me I had to come back the next morning to talk to the manager to get my money back. When I asked what I did to him, he completely ignored me and kept working on whatever he was doing.

Just tried to change a propane cylinder and received rude and defiant lousy service. Shell Jeronimo service station and Los Alisos Mission Viejo, what is happening with people and good customer service? and I am left as a crazy consumer hahahaha

So...If you have a $5 bill, the intelligent employee will not change it, so you can use "their" vacuum.But he did ask, if I have something smaller?I just walked out at that point.
