Lila, the sales manager was very helpful. She called me and answered all my questions and explained what I would need. We scheduled an appointment to see her. She had me experience the three beds and the flexible base.

My husband daughter and I all came in to look at stern and foster mattresses. Nora was incredibly knowledgeable and informative with helping us pick out a mattress, base, and even pillows. Nora was incredibly sweet and her customer service was impeccable!! Will absolutely recommend this location to family and friends.

The bed is good, but customer service is horrible, and rude to women. They need training and if they want their money they need to send out their bills. My husband and I bought a bed and had it delivered in Oct. When we bought it, we said that it was a joint account and put it in both names. Rich, the salesman said, no problem at all and of course customer service will talk to both of you. Since then every month I call Sleep number to see where my bill is because I want to pay them. They refuse to speak with me (female) and want authorization from my husband. We have gone through this three times now and 3 times my husband has told them to permanently add my name to the account. They refuse to speak with me again today. I called Sleep Number store in Costa Mesa, where we bought the bed, and Chris, the manager told me to stop channeling my energy with him on the phone and to just have my husband call again. Again, I felt put down because I am female. This is unheard of in this day and age and in this country!! My husband just called Sleep Number customer service again, and they needed all of my personal information and are now issuing me a credit card when I don't want a credit card - I just want the bill to pay. This is totally ridiculous. I don't want, need or have asked for another credit card. DO NOT ISSUE IT TO ME AT ALL. Just send me my bill so I can pay it.

They were very busy. It was Labor Day weekend. The staff still made sure that everyone was greeted and taken care of as soon as humanly possible. Kay was our sales rep. We own a sleep number bed and it was time for a new one. (Ours is 20 years old) I brought my friend on Sunday and she purchased one and brought my husband on Monday and we purchased one. I look forward to getting our new bed.

The beds and mattresses are nice but when I pay 7,000 for a mattress, I expect better service. After almost 2 years my split king 360 smartbed is going flat and losing air on one side. They want you to trouble shoot on your own and figure out what the issue is by watching and following lame you tube videos from their website. Once you troubleshoot and follow the directions on their youtube videos, you have to order the parts by calling them. My issue requires a technician to come out and install the part but the soonest appointment is 2, almost 3 weeks out. So in other words we have to sleep on a flat bed for 2 more weeks. Are you joking? Their customer service/repair model is seriously lacking. I asked the lady on the phone if she would be happy sleeping on a flat bed for almost a month and all she could say is "I apologize". After paying this much for a bed, I expected better from them. I am not happy.

We've had our sleep number for a couple of years, which is a good thing, since they are quite costly. And they helped us sleep with our two sides being a little different. But Sleep Number Customer Service is the worst! My bed started leaking last Fall, but it was a slow leak. Pretty soon it got to be a bad leak and I was inflating it two or three times a night, when it woke me up. I called in February (40 minutes on hold) and was told to evaluate my bed via a their website. In March, my sons came from out of state for a family wedding, and did everything that the troubleshooting guide said: switch air hoses, switch bladders, etc. We determined that it was the air bladder that kept leaking. I left town to see those same sons for 2 months. Yesterday, I decided I could spend a substantial amount of time on hold. Interestingly enough, the first two calls "dropped" after being on hold for 20 minutes and 17 minutes respectively, and on the third try, when I got to a live voice, I went through the same story of my March, and she said, "Oh, I'm sorry, let's see...." and she dropped. Coincidence? I think not. On my fourth call, I got the gals name and gave her my cell phone number right away in case "we dropped", and I told her that if she didn't call me back, the local Sleep Number store was not going to be happy when I scared away all of their customers with a series of loud complaints every time I walk into their store. Fortunately, we did not drop and she said she'd send someone out today and that I'd get an email. Well, this morning I got an email at 9:04 am that they were going to be here between 8:30am and 11:30 am. I then received a phone call from a very pleasant man. He and his buddy came out. I had the bed stripped and all ready for him to look at. And guess what he decided? That I needed a new air chamber! He said that I should get a call today that will tell me when to expect the new air chamber and that they'd be back to install it. So, what was the purpose of the February call, when I already diagnosed it and they didn't come out with a new air chamber? Let's see how long this takes!

What an ordeal. We dealt with Tamara and she was told I was downsizing to a twin. She never thought to ask if I needed a frame. So here I am sleeping on a mattress and box spring on the floor. Customer service is providing a free frame that will be delivered in another week, but still. The sheets are okay, I guess after they are washed, but the pillow is cheap. Never again.

Very disappointed in the service I've received. We spent a lot of money on our bed and since it was delivered we've had an issue w the flickering light underneath the bed. We've called and called and called and we have never received even an acknowledgment that they can and will fix this issue. The bed was delivered on 12/3 and it's almost March and absolutely no service. We love the bed but your service sucks.

I would like to tell about my experience with sleep number mattress. We purchased this mattress little over a year ago, it's have been nothing but pain, my wife had such a back pain every morning that she gave up and now she sleeps on the floor, we paid good amount of money for this mattress and did not expect to go through such experience, we called the costumer service and they suggested to add extra Matt to that, we did, we called them again, technician suggested to have plywood under the mattress, we did and of course we paid $99.00 for technician services. I wish at least sleep number would exchange our mattress with more firmer or something, we paid over $2500 for this mattress.
