I went to the Tesla shop in Mission Viejo (mall).Horrible service. None of the employees could answer simple questions. I have 2 Tesla cars and asked them when the charge is at zero, how many miles are left. I have driven it with zero charge. The employee was clueless and said he has no idea. My charger system stopped working so I ordered a full new set and it does not work. They verified that it did not work. It has a one year warranty so I asked how do I return it and get a new charging system, None of the employees had any knowledge on how I can return the charger. They were all clueless. They told me they did not know and told me to go to the Lake Forest or Irvine dealership and ask them. I went to the Lake Forest dealership and they said the charger works. It does not work at my house or any other charging port. Their own shop in Mission Viejo had verified that it does not work. So, they said since it works, they cannot do anything. The manager tried to help me and sent an email. She told me Tesla will contact me on how to return it. Nobody has contacted me and when I checked my phone, there was no email sent. I think they just pulled people off the street with no training or knowledge about Tesla cars. I am very disappointed and disgusted by the service. The cars run well but when there is an issue, they are clueless and useless.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Tesla showroom at The Shops at Mission Viejo, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The staff at the store was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. Unlike the typical high-pressure environment found at traditional car dealerships, the Tesla team allowed me to explore their offerings at my own pace, answering my questions and providing valuable insights.

Excellent customer service and the test drive was an amazing experience. I drove a Model Y and they even said if I live close I can take it home for a spin so my family can get a feel too! I loved the Model Y, the sound quality was also very good.

Always an incredible experience with Tesla. Our rep, Alysa, is the best!!! She goes above and beyond and we're so lucky to get both our cars from her. She makes the process smooth and easy. Really appreciative for Alysa's invaluable help

I bought my first Tesla approximately 1 year ago. Last week, I scheduled a test drive for a different model. The salesperson who helped me, Alissa, was extremely unprofessional, disengaged, and unpleasant. I don't think I will return to this location.

We went to the Shops at Mission Viejo dealership on a Saturday afternoon, and as can be expected, they were quite busy. After looking at the Model Y, we were able to speak with Hilary. She was very patient and detailed when answering our questions. We had just put the order in the morning, and had several question. She was very patient with us.When the car was delivered, I had called the dealership because I could not access my car. I was lucky enough to get a hold of Hilary again. She was very detailed and patient in explaining how to get the card keys activated.I would also like to praise both Maria and Kyle for their detailed help as well.

5 stars for JUST being able to speak to Nathaniel! My husband and I were at the mall just walking around as we waited for some drink orders that we had downstairs that said would take a while. We didn't even know there was a Tesla location here since we aren't from the area. We came in wanting to take a closer look at the Model Y since it was on display and we actually had just placed an order for one a couple weeks prior. We were superficially greeted by one lady that was working there, however she didn't seem too interested in talking to us more than asking if we needed anything. She was even more less interested when we shared that we actually already ordered the vehicle but had a couple questions and was just looking. I was told before that they don't work off commission but I'm not 100% sure but she clearly did not care to work, commission or not. She wasn't very knowledgeable and was very minimal and almost rude/not welcoming at all in answering some questions that my husband had and didn't try very hard to do so. Once it got past the awkwardness of her not being able to answer, we just drifted to looking more at the display car and that's when Nathaniel said hi to us and from there on, we were having a full on conversation with him that was not only very informative about the vehicle that we were looking forward to but also very personable. He was very enthusiastic and even congratulated us on making the move to get the car, telling us we'll love it (which we know we will since we've been eyeing it for a while now) and making us actually more excited about it coming! My husband asked him the same questions and more that he had previously asked the other lady and Nathaniel went above and beyond to answer with extra info and more. We spent so much time talking to Nathaniel that our drinks orders actually ended up waiting for us to be picked up. I almost left in the middle just to get it so we didn't feel as rushed to end our conversation with Nathaniel. When we left, my husband literally said that if he hadn't already ordered the car, he would've finalized wanting to get it more from speaking to Nathaniel, but definitely would not have cared to get it if we had only interacted with the first lady who spoke to us. Thank you so much Nathaniel for your time and efforts in speaking to us, we really enjoyed your knowledge and company!

Staff:Of the many many times I've come in, I've always had a good experience. I'm surprised I have never reviewed them before. This weekend was approached by Alysa who was friendly. She asked my child if they had a toy Tesla to which I replied yes, we had the matchbox ones. She said do you want a real one. Of course we did. Low and behold she returns with the collectible Model 3 and gave it to us. These are the same ones that day 1 reservation holders got way back on 3/2016. What service! Overall:The store is always clean, filled with friendly and non pushy staff, and a treat to visit. I never come to the mall without coming here. Great job to Tesla and Alysa!

Nightmare experience on what should have been a really happy day. Vehicle was delivered with damage in multiple areas, no compassion, no empathy, for what's a terrible experience after sending tens of thousands of dollars for an expected new vehicle. I have no idea when I'll be getting my car back from the multiple defects it came with, Kevin Donahue | Pre Delivery Manager and Ryan Sutherland Sr. Delivery Experience specialist will be quick to get you to leave so they can hide behind emails letting you know you're totally screwed. Learn from my mistake, DO NOT ACCEPT DELIVERY whether encouraged by their team in any capacity, due to elements, or any other reason if even a single defect is discovered. THEY WILL SCREW YOU AND NOT HELP YOU. You bought a brand new car, don't let them treat you like trash like they did to me. All of these photos are only half of the defects documented.

Before buying a Tesla, try calling the customer service number and see how long it takes to talk to a real person. Tesla has the worst customer service of all car dealers. Takes them 30-90 to process registraton and title. They are dreadful! Love Elon Musk but the company does not care about you after the purchase.

Rudest little group of employees ever. We were even on the waitlist for a Tesla and they treated us like garbage. Took ourselves off the list after that.
