Anthony! Awesome job today! I was VERY nervous about the fact that nothing fit in my original try on box. I drove up from Escondido, over an hour away and was completely helpless at what needed to change. You made such a stressful time much easier and I am very thankful for that. Incorrectly charged all my guests for a late return. Reported to California Attorney General for fraud.Edit: they refunded my guests and I. However, this never should have happened and had I not called, I do not believe it would have been rectified. This was confusing and worrying for everyone involved. I have been working with a member from California attorney General who is aware of others who have had similar situations and I highly recommend you report any issues you have so they can be addressed properly

I visited the Black Tux with high hopes based on their reviews and excellent marketing. To say that they fell short on all accounts would be an understatement. I made an appointment, showed up to an empty desk, tracked down a greasy teenager who had way better things to do than help with a fitting. He loosely measured my shoulders, handed me a limo driver shiny suit that was 10 sizes too big, a jacket of the same ick and some shoes that looked like they were made of plastic. This is the extent of “tailored customization” they have - he had me try on this ensemble and assured me that in 2-3 weeks I’d have a custom suit that fit like a glove based on my “measurements” - how? He was standing outside awaiting my credit card, no how no way. This place has 5 polyester suit colors on a dusty rack you can choose from, the fact that they identify as a custom/tailored option is preposterous. Stay far far away from this place and go literally anywhere else. Garbage!
