No good deed goes unpunished, hate to say it but never a more accurate phrase, especially in this case. Trying to support a female-owned small business and it backfires. Brought 66 small items to be embroidered on a Monday, was told by the owner, Kim, that she could have half done by Thursday, and likely all of it done by Saturday. On Friday I hadn't heard anything so I called for an update, was told they should all be done over the weekend, and I expected to pick up on Monday. Monday, I call and leave a message, no response, Tuesday I call and leave a message, no response, Wednesday I go to the store, doors locked, called again and left a VM, again no answer.. on Thursday, I go to the store again, a nice gentleman tells me she is out of town and knows nothing about my order. He looked around to see if he could find the items, supposedly he could not until I stated that if he could find them, despite the state of progress, I would take them. Voilà, he found them, in the same box I delivered them in and of course not one item had been embroidered. Needless to say, I am completely dissatisfied, not only because these items are for a local school who are in the middle of their softball season, but because now I have lost two weeks trusting someone who spoke so passionately about their love of softball and the need for a business like hers. Note to owner, since she won't return phone calls, don't take on a job you can't deliver on, don't give unrealistic timelines, and most importantly, don't ghost your patrons when they are looking for answers. So sorry this did not work out, I really wanted to like and support this small business..

I took my girls here today to get them softball gloves and Kim was just AMAZING! My oldest is playing softball for the first time in the fall and Kim walked her through how to put on a glove properly, how to take care of it, how to field a ball, how to find the proper seams/throw, SO many things. Kim's very knowledgable and was incredible patient and gracious with her time. My oldest left SUPER excited to start softball. We'll definitely be back here again!

Absolutely outstanding customer service! I had a bit of difficulty getting the online ordering to work for me late on a Sunday night. I hit the chat button and owner herself, Kim, picked up and started working on my problem. She had the last pair of NB 10.5W umpire field shoes available anywhere on the web and held them for me until the problem could be resolved. She kept me apprised on the progress with phone calls and email. I wish I was associated with a softball team so that I could buy more stuff from her. This kind of business deserves the softball community's support. Thanks for being great.

Our league ordered pants from Kim and did not fulfill the order as promised. Parents paid a lot of money for all stars and we're going into our 3rd tournament and still have not gotten our pants. She's been ghosting us. Guess we're out of luck on our pants.......

I came to The Softball Group because my daughter has been wanting to play softball. I signed her up for summer camp, and I had no idea what to get her. I went to Dicks Sporting Goods and the associates there didn't know anything about softball and weren't much help. I stumbled upon The Softball group and met Kim. Kim was amazing. I told her I had no clue about softball and didn't know where to begin. Kim spent time with my daughter, properly sized her batting helmet, bat, and gloves. Kim also gave my daughter tips and helped her with her batting stance. I highly recommend The Softball Group for anything softball related. Kim is a savior!!

The Softball Group is by far the best for products and exceptional customer service. I took my daughter in for a new glove and Kim took an hour trying on multiple gloves until we found just the right one. Kim also had her catch the ball in the store to ensure this was the best glove for her. She also honored a Veterans Discount on the glove. You would never get this type of service at any big name sports store.

Kim is always so helpful, extremely patient and deeply knowledgeable about the sport of softball that she loves. We came in for the first time about two years ago because my daughter was looking to play for the first time. We both witnessed how thoughtful Kim was and knew we wouldn't go anywhere else for gear, training recommendations and all things softball.
