This store has the coolest and the very helpful employees. Ever time I have a package to send back to Amazon there's no long wait and they are very helpful 🙂 ☺ with no negativity like ups store in portola. To the owner of this facility you have great employees take care of them.

Thank you Joseph R for the good and polite service, for your patience and understanding. I came at the end of the working day on Saturday, I was worried that I would not have time to send the letter on time, but you explained everything to me and helped me.
