I go to the Vista U.S. Bank Branch. Throughout the Union Bank merger, the exceptional staff dealt with long lines of customers adapting to the change, asking questions, etc. The vibe inside was always positive and each teller, and manager I dealt with were friendly, knowledgeable, and kind. The outside ATM never works on weekends. Whenever i needed to get cash it was out of service- not cool! I gave this bank 5 Stars because of the people who work for the Vista U.S. Bank Branch! They genuinely care about each customer as if we were family- regardless of the stresses of the day! Thank you U.S. Bank employees, you're the best!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The people that work here and rude and rush people out. Worst bank I’ve ever been to - there’s always a problem.

US Bank... proudly delivering 1980s type of customer service...I have never had such consistently poor service from such a large national brand... well, at least not since the 1980s. The employees appear to be trying, but it feels like their back office operational processes are broken, and it feels like their operational systems are disjoint from branch operations. On three separate occasions I have gone into the branch to complete required forms upon the bank's request... and on three separate occasions, they have contacted me weeks/months later to inform me that a required form was not completed. Further, when they've contacted me, they leave cryptic messages that are unhelpful. When I return their call, their offshore call center staff is unhelpful. Perhaps their consumer lending & banking practices are better, but their business/nonprofit banking processes are a train wreck.

Honored Veteran here, opened a MILITARY account and provided documentation, started the account with $200, recently checked and its near zero. 24.99 a month fees debited regular. So I goto the branch and provide docs again. They can't help with the fees. And now off the phone with customer service? They will only refund the last 90 days.. and have no other options available for me.. So they have basically given me the middle finger for my Military Account, that I have provided documents for my service? MILITARY, avoid USBANK if possible, everybody else I have a military account with bends over backwards to ensure we are satisfied customers? US Bank took $100 with a smile and a one finger salute. So this is a one star review for US Bank from the Marines

This particular location has the slowest employees. They still want appointments and claim understaffed. Hire people! Lol.... All the current bankers are just so slow and rude. This place is a dump. Please get new employees and replace the current ones. Manager just sits on his butt. Lake Forest branch is much better.

If you are a small business owner do not walk away from US Bank... RUN!While the people are nice, there service is terrible. Everything is cumbersome and drawn out. I probably spend three to four hours a week on the phone with their customer service to fix their issues (which, of course, become my issues). They seem not to care about my time in the least bit.Run... You've been warned.

I have been coming here for my work for the past 3 months for deposits and change. Each time I go in for change, the people behind the counter are always rude and snarky about it. For example "let me see if I have that change in the back). You are a bank right? I have never had any problems getting change at any other bank in the past 30 years doing business with change. I asked today why that was and they told me that they don't always have change available. If you are looking to open a business account that requires money in change, I highly recommend you do not use this bank. It's bad enough that they don't have change available but they can't even be nice about it. Customer service is definitely lacking at this location. I think I might go out of my way to find another US Bank to use.

This is a great branch with a perfect location. The staff at this location was quick and efficient. It's hard to figure out which branches are open during these crazy times. It was nice because there was no line and I just walked in and conducted my business and left. They were not offering any coffee or dum dum suckers for the time being until things get back to normal.

I'm not sure why this branch has bad reviews. I've been going to this branch for years and have always had a great experience. The staff is extremely nice and they always remember me and ask how I'm doing. I never have to wait too long. Overall a good experience.

after being with US Bank for 10 years and depositing over $1 million since opening the account I am taking my business elsewhere. They are predatory. I accidentally deposited a check into the wrong account and continued using an account for about 10 days before I realized it was overdrawn. They continued to authorize the transactions and charged me $36 per transaction a total of 18 times! How is this legal! Turns out it's not. This is actually against the law as of 2010 unless you opt in and want them to authorize transactions when there's a negative balance they are supposed to decline it by default. U.S. Bank doesn't care that it's against the law. After going back-and-forth for a week I learned the bottom line is they want to get overdraft fees from you. After much much research here's what to do everyone. Join a credit union. If they are nonprofit legally they can't charge you overdraft fees unless it's a check or draft check. US Bank as well as probably many other big banks want to get overdraft fees from you. It's part of their business model. Goodbye US Bank! Oh and good news one of the dads on my son's baseball team is a class action lawsuit attorney. I had a brief conversation with him and we are going to get a class action lawsuit going against US Bank. We're going to do paid ads to find other victims of this predatory bank.

Poor customer service. Not worth coming to this branch. Had a recent interaction with the branch manager. Tone was rude and dismissive. I'd rather drive further and continue working with the branch on Lake Forest.

This bank has a Manager that thinks she owns the location. Customer service is terrible and the charge over draft fees on fraud and make you wait 60 days to get the fees back

I have had a great experience with US Bank since we switched over, however AVOID THIS BRANCH! The Branch Manger Lilia is very sneaky and not clear in her communications. She put an unnecessary hold on my paychecks right around the holidays! There was an easy way I could of gotten around the hold, deposit my checks separately. But instead she just glosses over the hold when she does my deposit and when I called back to ask her why, she just says no matter what the hold had to happen regardless if it was one or separate transactions. To add more insult, when I called US Bank customer service they confirmed she lied about the hold being put on my paychecks if I did it as two separate transactions. For 2 years now I've deposited my paychecks without any issue, except for this location. So avoid at all cost!!!!
