I visited this location for the first time, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They answered all my questions, and I was able to ship my package easily. It's a convenient and reliable spot.

The older man here is consistently rude and unhelpful.
I had 2 packages fail delivery because of no secure spot with no notice left. My packages have always been left at the door and I've never had an issue. I came to mv usps to pick up and he sent me to sjc usps without checking my tracking number. Sjc usps sent me back to mv. mv is sending me back to sjc.
I can't even confirm the location or reschedule a second delivery attempt because the service online has been down for several days.

I was waiting for a package that required a signature, but the mail carrier never came to my door — just left a notice in the mailbox claiming I wasn’t home. My doorbell camera shows clearly that no one ever attempted delivery.
When I went to the local post office, they didn’t seem to care and told me the date on the notice was from two months ago — clearly a mistake, but no one took responsibility. The staff was indifferent and unhelpful.
Unfortunately, since USPS is a government-run service, customer complaints don’t seem to matter. The poor reviews speak for themselves, and my experience was no different.

I wish I can give zero star
No customer service
Parcel pickup is a mess and there is no one here to help for hour and half and when someone come he’s not helpful and keep me waiting for another hour and they can’t find it and the app can’t give me option to reschedule deliver so I am stuck

Trying to stop mailfor 2 weeks. Filled out card correctly. Even had person at counter make sure I filled it out correctly. 3 days later, my mail is delivered and the stop mail card is returned to me along with a stack of somebody else's mail!
Had to go to back to correct this error. Been waiting for 30 minutes for a supervisor. USPS, you need to do better!

Love this location, Rothy is always so helpful and sweet 😁😁 never a big line when I go and if there is a line well that’s almost every post office for you, it’s inevitable!

I had heard that this was a rough location, but I was unprepared for exactly how bad it was. I genuinely gasped when I arrived and saw the state of things. The exterior was littered with trash and dirty needles, and there was a big long line inside. One lady in line yelled at other customers, and made a big scene, and no employee even glanced up from their desk.
Go to the one in Lake Forest if you can.

This office offer the worst service I had ever had in my live! They do not deliver my correspondence 6 months in row. I had to apply my ID 3times, all was return .My credit cards/ renew/ still not delivered. .Clerks do not support information, supervises and managers not reachable at all, clerk /man/ said: we do not respond, control correspondence at all!

Would give this place zero starts of possible. Made a passport appt and they went out for their 30 min lunch 2x. Asked us to comeback after despite having an appt. Clerk said that because everyone who was working thr post office counter was out on break, he had to work it. Another couple with an appt after us. Was also asked to come back. They said they were there the previous week and spent 2 hours waiting for the employees to take their breaks... we googled and ended up going to the OC clerk recorder office off El Toro. No appt needed and we were in and out in 10 min. The photos at the OC Clerk recorder office was half price compared to the USPS

Try to avoid at all cost. Longest line of customers waiting and literally one counter person working. So understaffed it's not even funny

No one person attending the phone ever ; when questioned the manager, she stated “ we never answer the telephone because we are understaffed”. This other time there was only one attendant and at least 20 people waiting in line where some of them started walking inside the cubicles and stamping packages just to leave packages over the counters themselves! 🥹, so after waiting for over 30 mnts I felt the urge to go to the restroom, I walked out to Burlington store across the street, then came back and the large line of people was still waiting on frustration , I waited for another 30 mnts. Worst usps I ever been, it’s a nightmare. And with all the reviews I wonder if someone cares for the thousands of residents in mission viejo, only one office and one employee?

I went during a lull - the woman was so kind, efficient & helpful in completing mailing my package! Thank you! I was kind of dreading the trip before I arrived and she (dark hair, glasses) was awesome! :)
