Just received a letter in the mail stating that this Walgreens will be closing 2/19/2024 which means it's already gone. Prescriptions transferred to CVS across the street.

Walgreens at lapaz is a good place to shop for many things. The people at the register are kind especially Charlie at the photos center and a philipini gal, I forget her nane(sorry!) have been helpful by going out of their way. Keep it up!

I came to get some pictures printed here yesterday. The staff is friendly but the service is bad. The lady clerk asked me if I wanted to print Christmas cards, I said no, only print the photos. She said ok we can do that. I sent the order in the computer located in the lobby. I walked around the store and picked up some items while I waited in the store for the photos. A long while later I came back to pick up my order but the clerk told me that she had printed my order but she didn't know what happened to them. She started to blame the other coworker saying that he moved them. She referred to him as "special needs " clerk. she said I'll print you a new set. But she never did. She kept complaining about her coworkers that they didn't know what they were doing. There was another lady waiting for her pictures and the clerk was telling her the same thing. After a while I noticed that the computer was not working, it had a black square in the middle and they couldn't figure it out. Rather than telling us the truth that the computer was broken, she kept the story going. I had to leave . Walgreen needed to hire qualified but honest people.

This Walgreens didn't disclose their 30-day refill policy for a 100-day prescription. They failed to inform me about missing medication and falsely claimed it wasn't in their system. Consider alternatives to avoid similar issues

Walgreens does not know what they are doing. You sit on hold for 30 minutes every time you call. They take a very long time to fill your prescription. They are unable to answer half of your questions when the question should be easy to answer. Very poorly staffed. Nothing but frustration from them.

Extremely mismanaged pharmacy. If you have to pick up a prescription from the drive thru, it will take at least 30 minutes even if there is just one car ahead of you. Very slow, perpetually understaffed and rude.

If you want a long wait for a prescription then come here. My wife had to have a prescription transferred from out of state because she was out and the standard answer was 24-48 hours. She had to push to get the employee to call our pharmacy in the other state, besides the fact she's already in Walgreens' system since we used to use it. Voila, the other pharmacy transferred it in a matter of minutes. But then came the 30-45 minute wait. How long does it take to count 30 pills and put them in a bottle? Well we found out. There's a new guy on his first day and they threw him in the deep end without adequate training. He took my wife's pills and stuck them in a bin without telling anyone. And it was ready in 20 minutes. My wife got an email that she saw after the fact saying that it was ready. They didn't even page her even though they knew we were waiting.My wife showed our new insurance card on her phone and the new guy didn't even know how to put insurance information in. Shouldn't that have been the first thing that he was taught when the pharmacy opened at like 9:00 a.m. or whatever? Well our company didn't send us physical cards even though I asked. Supposedly the pharmacist couldn't do squat because there's no group number on the card and she had to call the company to verify. Ummm, how did our existing pharmacy get the prescription coverage without issues? Then Esther the pharmacist tried to tell us that our insurance only covered a 90 day supply. I told her that was incorrect and asked her why our other pharmacy was able to approve a 30-day supply. She said I don't know and looked on the computer. Miracle of miracles. She saw that she had to put an override code in (which I doubt, I think she was trying to cover for the fact that our insurance company does approve 30 day supplies and she didn't see it or was trying to cheat us and up the amount paid). How many people, especially old people who seem to be the majority of the clientele, does Esther cheat on a daily basis doing stuff like that?Completely and totally unorganized and unprepared and dare I say possibly crooked? Don't go here.

There are lots of bad reviews but my experience has been fine. The only issue is that sometimes the line (and consequently the wait) can be long. And the staff changes frequently, they don't seem to be able to hold employees for too long. But they are always friendly and I've never had a major issue with them.

Had a vaccination appointment for 2 people at 2:15. Showed up at 2:07 and no on was there. Was told they went to lunch and would be back in 30 minutes or so. Was told to sit and wait for them to come back, or come back in 35 minutes or so.

Their website and email after a photo order says: Smiles, The Walgreens Photo Team Satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. Safe to say, I was not satisfied (the photos were all askew color wise - one of those home print jobs where it looks like everything has a three color drop shadow, nothing is aligned). I asked for my refund and it was not given. I called the 800#, they said I had to go back to the store where I was already denied a refund. Why? What happened to 100% satisfaction guaranteed? What happened is...it's a lie. Look at their reviews (I had not, I admit). If you go there after these reviews, you were warned. Boo Walgreens, I will never be back.

I visited Walgreen at the corner of Marguerite and Estanciero, at Mission Viejo. Both Evelyn and Noah are very helpful, knowledgeable, professional and very kind. What a pleasant trip to Walgreen today. I used Western Union Machine and also took passport photo at Walgreen. Thank you guys.

If I could give this store/pharmacy a zero rating I would. Ridiculously long wait times for picking up prescriptions and rude staff members (not all of them) is disgraceful. Go elsewhere if at all possible. Called to complain but to no avail. Transferred all my medication to CVS so I don't have to go there ever again. Been a loyal Walgreens patron for 30+ years and this store is awful to say the least.

This pharmacy is not organized, completely frustrating trying to deal with their rude pharmacist...not helpful at all. The pharmacy area is dirty and disgusting. The back of the computer screen the public sees is coated with 1" dust. Go elsewhere for a better experience!
