They are bunch of scammers they try screw me whit my insurance even not my Fault for Accident they send me to the Body shop to get the estimate Body shop says We can give you estimate until we work on it 😂 i kne I know then My insurance Lied to me they said we don’t give you Estimate to they Finish the job and after 3 days Back-and-forth AAA give me Estimate and Using my deductible and they not even give me Deal they say now you should sign papers to move your car to Another body shop the joke on you see you in court 👋

Your hours are incorrect for DMV say till 6pm. I showed up at and was refused service because I was helped at 531pm. Your front desk lady with a mask refused service because she said you guys stop service at 530pm. She told me to go to a kiosk at save mart or Safeway. Which is why I pay for triple A service. If I worked for target I wouldn’t send you to Walmart. Worst service ever I’m be leaving triple A soon because of this.

No issues, smoothe process for the most part.. I visited here today to pay my husband's car registration and get his tags. Waited about 30 minutes as there were a few people ahead of me. Wound up finding out that there was some sort of block ? . I guess DMV put some sort of block on my husband to where he could not pay for his registration at AAA. He then tried to pay for it online and it didn't work either. Long story short, which this is NOT AAA 'S fault, but apparently DMV informed my husband that his payment for his registration for LAST year, 2023 did not go thru and that is why the block was put in place. What a mess! One would think that DMV would have notified him of this along time ago by mail, phone call or something. Very strange in my opinion. Anyhow, it's now been sorted out as we are having to pay 2023's registration along with 2024.

When it comes to payment and office service, they are good! But you pay too much money for a regular adjuster service! I would NEVER recommend triple aaa! When it's basic things they do it, but when it comes to talking to adjusters they are rude, they treat you like you are a stupid person. I have been without a car for 4 months due to a crash that WAS NOT MY FAULT, and I decided to do it through my insurance because it would be "faster" than doing it with the other person's insurance. And it has taken 4 MONTHS and I still don't know when they are going to deliver it to me! The adjusters never answer and if they do THEY ARE RUDE!
It took them more than 1 month to approve the purchase of the windshield. If the adjusters don't have a solution for you, they don't take care of it, they're just rude. Right now I'm 4 months without a car and the adjuster's response is "talk to him."

This has caused me to spend money on a rental car, on Uber because they already took away my
rental car! It has cost me stress and personal problems. And anxiety still causes me stress every time I talk to an adjuster!
I have never been rude, they just ask me to be patient! But 4 months without a car and they want me to continue being patient after the adjusters have blocked my calls and been RUDE!
On one occasion you had to ASK the adjuster not to speak rudely to me!

They have the best communication with their customer service. This is my 3rd visit within the year and have zero complaints. Thank you Laura Forrest for the amazing attention to detail and for always making me feel comfortable with my concerns and or questions.

have called and left a couple of messages, emailed in regards to a trip we would like to take. was not sure of all details was hoping Theresa Couto could answer and help us. had 2 response from her and nothing. not sure why she's there or maybe she only wants clients who know exactly what they want.

DMV services make it worth the membership alone. So much better than the regular DMV. It took very little time. And now that they've renovated, it's even easier. ??
