This is got to be the worst place ever they wasted almost 2 weeks of my time waiting on furniture that’s never gonna come because until I called to complain about the rude guy on Saturday and a manager called me back. Do I finally find that they don’t even come to where I live
So I’ve got several emails, confirming that my furniture is gonna be delivered within this amount of time and guess what it’s never gonna be delivered so I took my business to Rent-A-Center and the lady over there in Sonora was a lot more polite they come to where I live and that’s where we’ll go
Seriously, you people are giving out orders over the phone and you don’t even know where you go. I think that all these people need to go back to training school.

Whoever Lisa is, terrible at her job. She lost information that she asked for. Backhanded service, terrible customer service if I could rate her attitude it’d be a -0. So LISA if you’re reading this work on your attitude Ms. LISA!

Francisco helped us in store get everything we needed. He was friendly and relaxed whilst professional! We ordered a whole bedroom collection and Josh and Juan set it all up exactly how we visioned it! Communication was brilliant with the delivery so we knew when they were coming. They were also really quick and also friendly. They were very clean and took away any packaging or debris left from getting it all set up.
We love our purchase and will definitely return for any future wants or needs! Thanks!

I recommend Aarons to anyone who needs furniture. Not only are they kind but they also care about their customers and they care about their customers keeping the furniture that they lease and they will do whatever it takes to make it work with you to make sure that you are on track....

A customer should never feel like they are bothering a customer service representative to make a purchase and that’s exactly how we felt. The girl at the front desk should not be in this business! You can tell she hates her job just by the attitude she has. I intended on adding a piece of merchandise to my current account, but after the experience we had we quickly changed our minds. Attitudes lose customers and money! I know this because I have been a district manager for 10years. We were rushed out of the store as well and were the only ones in there. How rude is that? Something has to be done about this! However, I will say the delivery guys were awesome!

Worst customer experience I've ever had email said 5 to 7 days for delivery of a fridge I bought and here i am day 10 and no delivery still just very unprofessional.

This has got to be one of the most unprofessional store in Modesto I have ever had to deal with. My dryer broke for the 3rd time and they picked it up 3 months ago and still haven't got any call about where it is or when id get it back. I have gone in the store 3 times and they just give me the run around. But yet I'm still expected to pay for it right? Haha no. Don't do business with this place

Worst experience I went in there to purchase and lady got rude w me cus my address wasn't accurate then the accounts manager James even got more rude with me I called customer service and filedcomplaint soo irritated w the service

Because they don't Back there warranty up that they give you period even if you buy it straight out with cash period
