Submitting the application was simple. It's an Extreamly long application, I might add. This is my first time renting a place by myself. I was excited that I had found a place. My credit isn't great, so I have a cosigner. I figured that was a huge plus. After submitting my application, I emailed a short message(still excited), and they did respond quickly. Their reply was, "Please confirm your last 4 of your social." So I did, 2 days later. (Still excited ) I email saying I'm excited and what was the next step? It's been 5 days, but there's still no reply. Lil disapointed!

Beware of this property management.!!! Very unapologetic, cruel, and insensitive towards tenants. They charge for issues out of your control , they enforce payments & fine you for vehicles that are not yours even after you repeatedly inform the office . Management doesn’t care & will still fine yo.. I seen them tow vehicles without hesitation that don’t have parking permits, in an empty parking lot. Front desk Shara & Tammy are both lairs .. They hang up the phone & cold towards questions and concerns. Highly don’t recommend this place. Save the time drama elsewhere

I was charged for items left by the dumpster that had been sitting there before I had moved out. And I was charged cleaning fee of $200 when I cleaned everything from top to bottom. Even took a video of the apartment and none of that mattered. I will never return to a property management.

I've been renting from Access Property for well over 15 years. I've never had a problem with anything not being fixed or replaced. The staff at the office is very professional and caring. I would recommend Access Property to anyone that's looking for a rental. I truly appreciate their screening process because it helps to secure the safety of it's tenants and property and everyone else. I don't understand why anyone would get on line and bad mouth any business because you didn't meet their criteria for residency. Be Blessed

I had put an application in for a property on a Tuesday, I fully completed application, They called back to verify my social and birthdate which was on application im sure. I called Friday to check status someone told me it was in process and they would call me when complete. Monday comes I get a denial letter, for application incomplete, unable to verify employer, unable to verify income, and 6 months of rental history. I emailed back responding that i did complete application and nowhere in there was option for me to upload pay stubs, and how they were unable to verify employer I been employed with for 8 years. I get a call back from Nelia Manesh, she tells me when email was sent and she needed to deny application since no response to email I check i see nothing, then I see it in my junk mail. I explained that I actually called Friday and asked on application status! And noone mentioned missing information. To add to that noone called me at all in reguards to it. I work and go to school fulltime, along with being a parent I am not sitting there all day checking my junk mail! SORRY!! She tells me I can reapply but need to pay fee again if property is still available, and I cannot send info now because it is disqualified now. That is an issue on her behalf work on your communication skills! You should have called and let me know your still awaiting response. Bad customer service. Cant imagine actually renting from them how terrible service would be.

Can raise the rent every year, but not replace the A/C unit as it goes out every single year. As well as rude customer service.I realize it’s not my call to replace the A/C. I recommend you listen to the vendor who last year said that he was going to tell you it needed to be replaced which it still hasn't. Chances are it’ll go out again next year, unless it’s replaced. Your own employees last year said that the owner just doesn’t want to replace it. Because of high cost. I get it gotta keep the money in your pocket while people suffer.

Rented an apartment house from these folks a number of years back. Was always a pleasant experience when visiting the office. Staff were always incredible!

0 stars if I could. I don't need to repeat what's wrong, the previous reviews have done a good job explaining what is wrong with this place so take heed. It's funny to see the owner rebuttal everything but he doesn't even deal with the day to day problems. Anyone with common sense can tell that all these bad reviews have in common. They've dealt with access property management!

Would not recommend to any case workers or non-profits that are trying to house section 8 clients. They accept section 8 vouchers but expect our clients to make outrageous amounts of income in order to qualify. Reconsider before wasting your money on an application fee.

Avoid this property management at all cost. They will rip you off. They took my deposit and said I owe a additional $1,155.16. I left that place in great condition and always paid my rent on time. Also when giving my notice to move out they would not answer phone call or call me back. They would not answer the door at their office either and I could hear people in there. Very unprofessional company that does not care about their tenants.
