Won’t be shopping here anymore. After years of being an Aldo customer, I was treated so rudely by Nadine, with her condescending attitude. The fact she’s even allowed to speak to customers like that, when I was explaining the shoes I was attempting to return were unworn. She said the heel was “clearly used”. Clearly she was in a bad mood that day and decided to take it out on me. Here are the shoes I “used” according to her.

If I could give 2000 stars to this location, I would. Nadine and Blue went above and beyond to help me with my order. When complications came up, they did everything in their power to fix the issue. From this experience, I can tell that they work well together and communicate thoroughly to solve problems that might arise. I am completely satisfied with all the work they put in to helping just one customer. THANK YOU!

They didn't have what I was looking for but the staff was extremely helpful and tried to find something for me and even offered suggestions as to where I might find the shoes I was looking for. I would go back again.

Bought some shoes online but wasn't what I expected, so I went in to the store to return them, I guess I lost one of the receipts, and was afraid they wouldn't return it, but she was able to print it and return everything I bought quick and easily. Very friendly and they have some cute stuff.
