Since it primary doctor left months ago Sutter Health had left us helpless and refuse to help in getting refills, etc. Then there's a bytch named Priscilla working for Dr. Macarobo who is a heartless evil person. She refuses to help with dealing with the pharmacist as the pharmacist himself isn't allowed to freak with patients directly and say the doctor office HAS TO CALL, but Prescilla refuses you do her job. Go anywhere else but avoid Sutter Health.

I have been with Sutter Gould for 30 years, and I am so very pleased with their service. I can't say enough good about Dr. Tanaka for my asthma and Dr. Knobel for my primary care...they are the best. They both have taken the time to get to know me which really helps in the care I receive. I have also had both knees replaced, and have seen other specialists. These doctors are the best, and they always have your health in mind. Keep up the great work.

I wanted to take the time to thank Sutter Gould Dr. khaleghi and Kyria B. CMA.Sutter Gould thank you for having Kyria Boyso as an employee. She is the true definition of patient care! She went above and beyond to help me. Please have more employees like her. She took the time to listen to me very at tentative to call me and to follow up. That’s all I wanted she listen to my pain and the love and support I got from her made my day, month all better. Please have more employees who care for us as patients. You are very very lucky to have her as an amazing employee.Kyria Boyso Cma solve my issue and provided me with phone numbers of a new provider I can see. I am speechless and beyond thankful we as patients need more people like Kyria that actually care for our health. Very unhappy with how Sutter Gould is treating patients. They are no longer friendly or willing to help patients. Just dismissed. Have been canceling my appointments since September. Wish I could have someone be held responsible for the situation.

I just wanted to take a moment to share my phone experience with Sutter Gold. . I spoke with a young man whose name is Imi. He was professional, very courteous & knowledgeable. It is human beings like this young man who make this world a better place. He should be commended on his exceptional people skills.Thank you Imi for doing your part in practicing Human Kindness!

I got a referral from my PCP fir ENT, but they will not see me until I go to Audiology. I got a referral from PCP for Audiology, but the authorization is in review. This is ridiculous because it is a Gould requirement before I can see ENT. Run around.

Was told It would be a month before I could be seen, to even be seen is over 350 dollars for a visit to look at my ear and antibiotics or any type of extra Services provided would need to be payed for as well, I told the reception I have had an update on my situation and now I have blood exciting from the ear canal, still no help from Reception chanele, was referred to CHARLES SUNTRA by a family friend to be honest, but this is completely unacceptable, price, time wait, and clearly no respect for the patients health, I will not be returning to say the least, sad how far the medical industry has gone out of its way to disrespect its patients time, money, and health I will be looking elsewhere for future remedies or services this place is a joke.....period

Doctor denied care on eight year old for a routine health condition. Only option given was to send her, even immunocompromised, to the emergency room for a routine health condition easily treated with meds. In the after visit notes, the doctor stated that the patient wasn’t treated due to patient leaving prior to care. We were never offered treatment. They turned us away. To say we left voluntarily and on our own accord before we could receive care was a complete fabrication. Will never go back.

I'm sure their doctors are competent and capable, but whoever runs their customer service phones needs better training. I called, and they said occupational health is available for walk-ins, but when I went in, they told me it's only Monday through Thursday. Huge waste of time and money considering I took time off to go.So for others,OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH - WALK-INSMonday through Thursday, 8am - 5pm ONLY!

My grandmother was admitted to the hospital in Modesto, CA. I live in Oregon and was on a list of approved family members to call to talk to about diagnosis and treatment. Dr. Christopher Anago came on the phone and refused to give me diagnosis and treatment. He handed the phone to a nurse and had the nurse discuss treatment and diagnosis. He was rude and when asking him questions his response was "your grandmother knows" - who is an 86 year old woman who can't speak English. When I asked him what his name was his response was " Why do you need my name" I had to get his name from a nurse. When I asked him about the stent he said " I just explained it to you" when he didn't and kept handing the phone over to the nurse. He also raised his voice and became physical with his body in the exam room because he didn't want to answer anymore questions. My mother felt unsafe in the room with him because he was so aggressive. He needs to be removed from the hospital and stripped of his license. I will be reporting him.

I went to the respiratory clinic because my congestion symptoms could be Covid. Wow. Very well organized, efficient, staff was friendly, answered all my questions, got all the test I wanted, EKG, chest X-Ray, strep swab which is what I ended up having. Nothing seemed too rushed or impersonal. No long wait times. Kudos to Dr. Singh and his staff. Highly recommend. I never give 5 Stars because I’m so picky. Their service really was outstanding.
